朝食が大変美味しかった。浴室のガラスが外れているのも、親切に対応して頂きました。

ホテルは清潔でとても良かったです。

街の中心部にある割にコストパフォーマンスが良い。他に比べて部屋が広かったです。出来たらバスタブがあれば申し分なし。

グラーツ中心部の便利なデザイナーズホテルです。外観はクラシックですが、内装はモダンです。朝食にこだわりを感じました。中心部にあるのでどこに行くにも徒歩圏内で拠点にするには便利だと思います。

中心地にも徒歩圏内。フロントの対応も良いです。ホテル全体に清潔感があります。 何よりもとにかく部屋の雰囲気が面白かったです。（素敵と感じるかは別問題です…） シャワー室とは別にリビングの中に浴槽があり、若干使用するには恥ずかしい気もします。 カップルで泊まるには最適ではないでしょうか？

部屋は広く清潔でした。バスタブも広く快適でした。 ただ、ベッドがもう少し固ければ、良かったのですが。

駅から近くはありませんが、すべてのトラムが止まる停留所のすぐ近くで、市内散策は徒歩圏内とロケーションは非常に良かったです。フロントの対応も感じも良く、鼻血が出た息子に素早くティッシュの箱を渡してくれたフロントのスタッフの機転に感謝でした。朝食は有料ですが、値段以上の価値のある朝食です。部屋も快適でした。

チェックインをした際、朝食がついているといわれた。 予約をした際、朝食はついていないはずと思っていたので（グラーツ在中の友人がいるので彼女と朝食を取る予定にしていたので）ついていますか？ と確認したら、朝食は含まれている 場所はあちらだ といわれたので、皆（合計7名それぞれ別の部屋滞在）で利用したら、チェックアウトの際、朝食代の請求をされた。 チェックインの際、朝食が含まれているといわれたが、なしのつぶて 予約確認書を見せろといわれてみせたが、日本語だしわからないし、とにかく食べたのだから支払えといわれた。 ちなみにこちらはアメリカに５年住んでいたので英語力には問題がない 朝食の支払いに関し、かなり文句をいったが、あちらは証拠がないの一点張りだし、こちらは列車の発車時刻があったため、仕方なく支払いを行った。

Schaut euch bei der Buchung die Fotos, ob jemand das Hotel gefällt oder nicht, ist individuell. Gut: Keine Bettenburg trotz 120 Zimmern, Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich, Gestaltung frech und originell, Komfort leidet etwas darunter. Lage ist perfekt Mitarbeiter super freundlich Frühstück sehr gut. Der Frühstücksbereich ist zu klein für 120 Zimmer, noch weniger verstehe ich, dass bei Vollbelegung die Hälfte der Tische, und vor allem die schönen Tische, für externe Gäste reserviert sind. Viele Gäste sind Stammgäste und kommen immer wieder. Das Schwesterhotel, das Weizer ist etwas gediegener, das Wiesler etwas frecher. Jeder, wie er es mag.

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Alles top, bis auf diese Punkte: Hotel-WLAN funktionierte nicht auf unserem Zimmer, dafür aber ein freies anderes. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig abdunkeln und die Strassenbeleuchtung ist auf Fensterhöhe. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte ein möglichst hoch im Haus gelegenes Zimmer wählen. Sonntag und Montag hat das Restaurant zu.

Our room had the shower right next to the bed so if you share with a friend you will get pretty intimate pretty fast A big problem for us was the noise, very thin walls, you could hear everyone around you every time they turned the water on or took a shower. Also, there is a club or a restaurant nearby that has loud music late into the night, I think it stops after 2 or 3 am. Loud enough to keep you up if you are a light sleeper Oh, and one more thing, make sure your room isn't next to the elevator. Trust me on this one! Reception and restaurant staff excellent, room very clean with very very soft pillows and covers, location excellent, right in the centre, hotel parching near by.

No crean en lo que dicen en el front desk. Quería cambiar la fecha de mi reserva y me dijeron que no me preocupe que pagué de nuevo y que luego ellos iban a aceptar el reembolso. Les hice caso. Y me cobraron doble y cuando se trataron de comunicar para que acepten la cancelación nunca respondieron.

I love this hotel, staff very friendly, the condition of the property is perfect and super nice, quality, class, there is an atmosphere of a movie, the breakfast is superlative here in Graz. Position it is walk distance to all. Strongly reccomended

Historic hotel in the heart of Graz. We stayed here two years ago and we were very disappointed to see the decay of this once majestic hotel. Bed base was literally falling apart, toiletries are non-existent just a bottle of multipurpose soap (shampoo/body wash/handwash). Hallways are grim and unkept with old carpets that reek of dust. No coffee or tea kettle in room (only offered in the “suites”) and towels are clean but thin and rough to the touch. The only positives were the friendly staff and their restaurant/bar which remains a traditional spot for locals and tourists. In a nutshell: Five Star staff with Two Star facilities. We will sadly never return.

Séjour de 2 nuits à Graz dans cet hôtel original. Accueil parfait, emplacement super, petit déjeuner très bien.

Abbiamo prenotato con Expedia una camera independent per 3 persone e all’arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera con due letti singoli. In reception inizialmente ci hanno detto che non avevano altre camere disponibili, ma, dopo aver insistito per avere un letto in più, come prenotato, ci hanno dato un’altra camera al piano superiore. In quest’ultima il terzo letto é stato portato e fatto al momento, in nostra presenza. In tutto ciò abbiamo perso quasi due ore. Alla fine ci siamo sentiti dire che avremmo dovuto scrivere una mail all’hotel dicendo che, nonostante fossimo in tre, avremmo voluto tre letti e non due! Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi simili con altre strutture prenotate on line. La camera era pulita in modo veramente sommario, con molta polvere sul pavimento. La colazione era prettamente tedesca (uova strapazzate, affettati, cibo salato, verdure..), con pochissima scelta per chi ama, come noi, far call azione con pietanza e dolci. Bella e comoda la posizione dell’hotel. Non ritorneremo.

Unpleasant experience. We paid for bigger room and we got small room with one bed (we have 2 childen, there was no way we could sleep like that). We tried to complain, and they changed rooms, but in that room we also did not have additional bed. They gave us BABY COT for 3years old child. We did not get even room that we paid, they literally stole 20$ from us. Sink in bathroom was not working, but we decided not to complain and just leave early in the morning. Breakfast was ok.

Only thing bad about the stay was the water pressure.

Best location in the city. Delicious food and clean room. Friendly staffs!
