清掃が不十分

Rooms were nice and spacious. There were no amenities of any kind and the bathroom was a little dirty.

旧市街地に近く、食事やショッピングに行くのに便利な場所にありました。 朝食が美味しかったです。 宿泊した部屋が1階の一番奥だったためか、携帯の電波とWi-Fiが弱く、インターネット接続があまり安定しなかったのでその点は改善を望みたいと思います。

グラーツ中心地と、中央駅からのアクセスが大変よいです。ホテルには、素敵なカフェと美味しいオーストリア料理を提供するレストランが併設しており日曜日宿泊でも食事やカフェには困りません。 朝食のビュッフェは多少割高には感じますが、静かな雰囲気でゆっくりと食事を楽しめます。スクランブルエッグは絶品でしたが、スープがないのが残念でした。

場所もよく、サウナが気持ち良い

部屋にアリが窓の近くから入ってきていました。ちゃんと対応してくれました。部屋は3人でしたので広く、くつろぐことができました。ホテルは市街地にあり、観光にとても便利でした。

清潔で明るい静かなお部屋でした。ホテルの人もとても親切でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

バスタブ付の部屋をリクエストしましたが、適いませんでした。しかし、チェックイン時にいろいろ手を尽くしてもらったのでよしとします。ホテルの前がムール川で、雰囲気は良かったと思います。

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy to make recommendations for places to eat. The room was great, plenty of space and very comfortable. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old part of the city, but very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Wie immer alles ausgezeichnet

The breakfast was excellent, as were the two meals I had in the linked restaurant (Der Steirer) and the cafe. The location is brilliant' convenient for the free tram and very close to walk to the Aldstadt too. The mattress was very comfortable - but the pillows were way too soft. I was given firmer ones, but these were like bricks - so introducing an option in between would be great. All staff very polite and helpful.
