列車遅延の関係でチェックインの時間が21時過ぎになってしまったのだが、受付にスタッフがおらずベルもない。近くのバーにいたスタッフに聞くも助けてくれなかったので仕方なく自分でホテルに電話をかけスタッフに来てもらった。長旅で疲れていたのに。こんなホテル初めて。 ロケーションはレマン湖のすぐ目の前にあり部屋からの眺めは最高。交通機関の無料パスを頂けたのは大変ありがたかった。 部屋も必要な設備は清潔な状態で揃っておりミニバーも無料で使い放題だったので良かった。 朝食はレマン湖の見えるレストランでいい空間。ただレストランは地上階ではなく高層階にあればもっと良かったのではと思った。スタッフにオムレツを頼んだが結局持ってきてくれなかった。紅茶もセルフサービス。このあたりのサービスは一流ホテルとはとても言えない。

ウシー駅を出ると場所はすぐにわかりますが、入口はわかりにくいです。駐車場側から入りましたが、通り沿いに少し行ったT字路の正面が玄関のようです。外観は城ですが、部屋は近代的な内装に改装されており快適です。部屋にもよりますが湖の景色も見えとてもすばらしいロケーションです。市内パスをもらえるので、地下鉄・バスを使って便利に移動できます（スイスパスがあったので必要なかったですが）。滞在中高級リゾートにいる気分でした。金額を考えてもおすすめの宿です。

レマン湖を目の前に、毎日リフレッシュした気分で朝食を頂いていました。チェックイン時に貰えると市内フリーパスが使える電車の駅も目の前で、街中に出るにも非常に便利です。

ローザンヌのレマン湖畔に立つ古城というか砦程度の大きさのものですが、内部は大変綺麗でlake viewの部屋は眺めもまずまずでした。あいにくの曇りばかりでしたが。 部屋の広さ、洗面所の広さは十分広いです。King size bedは1人だと広すぎて、2人でちょうどよいぐらいでしょう。 変圧器は１つおいてあります。シャンプーなどはありますが、パジャマと歯ブラシは持参必要です。 ミニスパがあり、申し込めば使えます。ミストサウナ、普通のサウナ、シャワーが備えられており、心地よいです。 すぐ近くにメトロの駅があり、市内へのアクセスも良好です

レマン湖のほとりですぐ近くに地下鉄の駅とレマン湖の定期船の船着き場があり、ローザンヌやレマン湖周辺に行くのに便利です。オリンピック博物館にも歩いて行けます。あいにく雨模様でしたが、レマン湖周辺の散策も素敵だと思います。

Charming!

Vi hade en underbar vistelse och fick bästa servicen. Vi fick ett otroligt fint rum med utsikt över Lac Leman. Hotellet ligger otroligt vackert med underbar strandpromenad och trevliga restauranger precis runt knuten.

We stayed in a tower queen suite. Room was large but was very dated both in decor and tiredness of furnishings. Lobby decor was horrendous (awkward and tacky). Staff in the lobby were always too busy and not very helpful. Bathroom entrance had a trip hazard lip and the tub/shower combo was hazardous, messy and uncomfortable for taking a shower (a bath was the only practical option). BC of the inconvenience of the shower and constantly tripping on entering bathroom, I would not stay here again. No glamour at all in staying in this room. Windows very small. We did love the hearty breakfast on the pretty patio facing the lake and enjoyed some time at the quiet outdoor pool, though the pool is in an enclosed garden with no view of the lake. Best part about this hotel is that it’s lakeside and across the street from the subway, which is very convenient.

Beautiful room, elegant smaller hotel. Excellent lakeside location. Lovely pool. Excellent restaurant (so much so that you need a reservation). Courteous, very helpful staff.

Jolie chambre avec vue sur le lac Léman. Repas copieux et service excellent.

Excelente localização à beira do Lago. Equipe educadíssima. Minibar abastecido e com consumação incluída na diária. Estacionamento de fácil acesso. Um verdadeiro castelo, pertinho do Museu Olímpico.

The hotel is beautiful with nice spacious rooms and everything you need already in the room. Helpful staff, right across from the metro station and right next to the water with the beautiful promenade. Highly recommend!
