列車遅延の関係でチェックインの時間が21時過ぎになってしまったのだが、受付にスタッフがおらずベルもない。近くのバーにいたスタッフに聞くも助けてくれなかったので仕方なく自分でホテルに電話をかけスタッフに来てもらった。長旅で疲れていたのに。こんなホテル初めて。 ロケーションはレマン湖のすぐ目の前にあり部屋からの眺めは最高。交通機関の無料パスを頂けたのは大変ありがたかった。 部屋も必要な設備は清潔な状態で揃っておりミニバーも無料で使い放題だったので良かった。 朝食はレマン湖の見えるレストランでいい空間。ただレストランは地上階ではなく高層階にあればもっと良かったのではと思った。スタッフにオムレツを頼んだが結局持ってきてくれなかった。紅茶もセルフサービス。このあたりのサービスは一流ホテルとはとても言えない。

ウシー駅を出ると場所はすぐにわかりますが、入口はわかりにくいです。駐車場側から入りましたが、通り沿いに少し行ったT字路の正面が玄関のようです。外観は城ですが、部屋は近代的な内装に改装されており快適です。部屋にもよりますが湖の景色も見えとてもすばらしいロケーションです。市内パスをもらえるので、地下鉄・バスを使って便利に移動できます（スイスパスがあったので必要なかったですが）。滞在中高級リゾートにいる気分でした。金額を考えてもおすすめの宿です。

レマン湖を目の前に、毎日リフレッシュした気分で朝食を頂いていました。チェックイン時に貰えると市内フリーパスが使える電車の駅も目の前で、街中に出るにも非常に便利です。

ローザンヌのレマン湖畔に立つ古城というか砦程度の大きさのものですが、内部は大変綺麗でlake viewの部屋は眺めもまずまずでした。あいにくの曇りばかりでしたが。 部屋の広さ、洗面所の広さは十分広いです。King size bedは1人だと広すぎて、2人でちょうどよいぐらいでしょう。 変圧器は１つおいてあります。シャンプーなどはありますが、パジャマと歯ブラシは持参必要です。 ミニスパがあり、申し込めば使えます。ミストサウナ、普通のサウナ、シャワーが備えられており、心地よいです。 すぐ近くにメトロの駅があり、市内へのアクセスも良好です

レマン湖のほとりですぐ近くに地下鉄の駅とレマン湖の定期船の船着き場があり、ローザンヌやレマン湖周辺に行くのに便利です。オリンピック博物館にも歩いて行けます。あいにく雨模様でしたが、レマン湖周辺の散策も素敵だと思います。

Perfect in every way.

We enjoyed our stay here, the property is beautiful and right on the lake. The facility was clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious. And it is very convenient to the train station.

Grossartiges Gebäude mit viel Geschichte. Trotzdem alles neu und modern. Extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Kusmi Tee und Minibar for free auf dem Zimmer. Sehr geräumig und super Bettwaren (Junior Suite). Leckeres frisches Frühstück inkl Le Cimbal Kaffee. Direkt am See, trotzdem ruhig und gechillt.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. All of the staff spoke both French and English, they anticipated our needs and were patient and polite. Our room was over the top! It was a suite at the top of the old castle tower with views of the harbor, city and lake.

An excellent hotel in a fantastic position with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite being right on the lake's edge the hotel was quiet at night with a tranquil garden and pool area.

Bel hotel mais de nombreux équipements de la chambre étaient déffectueux, tel que la climatisation qui faisait autant de bruit qu’un souffleur de feuilles.

This property is a beautiful and historic hotel. A convenient and must stay if visiting the area.

Excelente hotel a beira do Lago Leman

Um hotel bem no coração de Ouchy, com um jardim lindo, piscina deliciosa, toalhas a disposição, mesas no jardim para um lanche rápido. O quarto muito confortável, clarinho. Chegamos e o ar condicionado já estava ligado. As bebidas do frigobar estavam incluídas e eram renovadas diariamente (sucos, águas, cervejas...). Minha única ressalva é para o banheiro muito escuro. O resto foi perfeito. Até máquina de café espresso tinha no quarto e várias opções de chás! Ferro de passar roupas também.

Access to the room was way upstairs. The elevator doesn’t go to their 4th floor -looked like the cleaning storage area… We only had contact with receptionists. My car was opened and the property that I had inside was stolen while parked in the property’s parking overnight. The subway is near and it seems not to be uncommon for thieves to be in the area. The property have security cameras and they were able to see the thief on the video. I ended up spending my day at the police station.

The location is great, the chateau is beautiful but we had the bad luck to be sent upstairs (no elevator after the 3rd floor!) to a small room. Not sure those are the rooms as signed to Expedia members…

Wonderful stay, huge room, great view!

Staying in a castle was a fun experience and the location was really convenient- I would have appreciated notification that the pool area would be undergoing landscaping renovation
