部屋からの眺望が良かった。 連泊したが、部屋の掃除は担当者により異なった。シャワージェルの補充がある時とない時があった。

Jättefint hotell med bra läge! Frukosten var väldigt bra, jag uppskattar när man kan beställa äggrätter från meny. De har ett bra spa i källaren med många olika bastualternativ. De översaked oss även med en fin present på min födelsedag!

I was upgraded to an Opera view room which was really very nice. Clean and smart hotel, really enjoyed having use of the complimentary spa facilities each day. Staff were all incredibly helpful.

It is very clean and modern. My room had a pleasant view of the park.

The hotel is very nice, especially spa and pool area. The rooms are comfortable and a good size, very clean and very well taking care off as the whole hotel. The stuff is very friendly, warm, helpful, and accommodating. Cannot comment on the breakfast and restaurants as we did not use them. Overall will happily recommend it to other travelers.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both were great experiences. It’s the best hotel in Riga, for sure.

Excellent séjour au Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga qui a dépassé mes attentes. Un grand merci à Émilie à la réception pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Le spa est parfait pour se détendre. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très à l'écoute. Petit bémol: les cocktails du bar du rooftop, bien que raffinés, étaient trop "fades" à mon goût (Passion Colada). Le barman a bien fait son travail en nous expliquant la conception longue durée du cocktail et en nous en proposant un autre.

Rooms were large, well appointed, and with great black-out curtains. But the best part was the spa - I've never been to a nicer hotel spa. Two dry saunas, one steam room, cold plunge, pool, hot tub...All first class. Really a great place.

1st class hotel, prob nicest in Latvia. Highly recommended!

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. I was immediately greeted and offered a libation, checked in and taken to my room. All the hallways and lobby areas are large and spacious. My room was shielded from noise outside and inside. The food and food service was excellent. The twenty four hour room service was great. I had a fantastic club sandwich among other items.
