Expected a luxury five-star hotel, got a low-quality one. Stayed in rooms 2009 and 2010 with private pool availability, got a low-grade room, far away from what we paid. Bathroom water temperature was never consistent, either super cold or burning hot. Management knew about it and still sold the room. White noise like a vibrating cellphone noise all night long from the so-called private pool. Facilities were clotted and dirty. Very disappointing. Hence, in regards to fairness, we were compensated and a room change was available for us.
