クリスマスマーケットにとても近く、絶好のロケーションでした！由緒ある建物ですので、設備が古いのは仕方がないのかなと思います。お部屋に電気ポットがあると良かったのですが…。朝食はとてもおいしくいただきました。ありがとうございました。

Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff was wonderful! Very clean and food at this hotel, breakfast and dinner was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Einfach fantastisch. Das Hotel hat ein besonderes Flair: Es befindet sich in einem historischen, wunderschönen Palast, ist sehr elegant und sehr sauber, das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend, das Spa und das Schwimmbad sind fabelhaft. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Epoche versetzt, aber zugleich in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre aufgenommen. Ich werde es unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Honestly I thought I was in the wrong hotel. This place was really nice. Great location. Great breakfast. Nice sauna/pool. Only downside was the hotel massage room. You can see for yourself if you stay here, it’s comical.

A beautiful and central hotel. My only grumble would be that the ‘hot’ water just wasn’t hot.

Dated and run down, trying very hard to be posh but not quite there. Beautiful building scenic square and friendly staff make up the difference.

Disappointing, especially for the price. Excellent location. However, the hotel is in dire need of a thorough renovation (bathrooms, air conditioning, carpet replacement). Can’t recommend.

to hot you need to fix the AC situation , could not slep it was so hot. i think if you isolate the exost pipe it will be better . Right now all the coll air it gets in its balanced by the heat from the white pipe taking the heat out.

The hotel is old, but mostly clean. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was not good, we didn’t even bother going the second day. Called to reception a couple of times to request an iron, a fan etc. All were promptly delivered to our room by the lovely service staff. For the price it’s fine, not fancy but ok for a couple of nights. You can’t beat the location.

First class situation. Front desk service was very good.
