Bon hôtel en plein cœur de Naples

En plein centre de Naples, hôtel confortable avec un bon petit déjeuner.

Friendly staff. Very central location. Some noise from next door restaurant. Clean room and soap/shampoo.

Good location, central Naples. Little noisy at night but that’s to be expected

The hotel was in a good spot right in the Centre Storico. It could sometimes get noisy in the restaurant outside. The staff were all nice and friendly and my room was comfortable with air con, wifi and a kettle. It was a shame the room wasn't serviced every day except for bed being made, but I am sure they would have given me clean cups if I had asked. The shower was really powerful but the wall bracket was broken.

The local Streets are full of all type of shops.

Værelset var ikke så stort når man er tre personer - ekstra seng stod foran køleskab og man kunne ikke åbne døren til badeværelset helt op.

Très central dans Naples, l’hôtel est propre et confortable et propose un bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable et disponible. C’était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel agréable.

Região de difícil acesso com malas, muito suja e barulhenta

Difficilissimo da trovare, in quanto situato al quarto piano di un classico edificio diroccato napoletano, il personale è molto cortese, le camere sono lasciate un po’ andare il bagno veramente da rifare.

The location was convenient and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful but the wifi had some issues.

The lobby is on the 3rd floor. The very small elevator is scary. The wifi didn't work. Beds are very uncomfortable. AC was not great. No hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom. No shelves in the shower, had to put our toiletry items on the shower floor. Location in old Naples was decent.

Nápoles é uma cidade espetacular. Ficar hospedada no seu coração é uma experiência singular. As ruas caóticas, os becos escuros, o amontoado de épocas histórias, tantas e tantas culturas que já passaram por ali... e a diversidade que ainda temos, fez da minha estadia um episódio inesquecível da minha vida. Os atendentes solicitos, em especial os 2 rapazes da limpeza e a garota que preparava o café expresso. Encontrar o quarto e o banheiro todos limpinhos após uma expedição pelos espaços pitorescos da cidade histórica, era um momento de acalmar o corpo, o intelecto e a alma.

staff was super nice, but no air conditioning in a HOT September day, shower head was half broken, no hanger for it also. Breakfast was poor, bread was hard as a rock
