宿泊費の高いリスボン市内のホテルとしては，比較的安い（あくまで相対的な話ですが）ホテルで，「寝に帰るだけ」という人には問題はないかもしれませんが，まずは何しろバスルームをどうにかしてほしいというのが正直なところです。シャワーブースは扉が壊れており，バスルームを水浸しにしないよう，壁際に寄ってシャワーを浴びていました。便器は壁のぎりぎりに設置されており，大変使いづらく，またトイレットペーパーが備え付けられていませんでした。バスルームのドアは開き戸を引き戸に付け替えてあり，密閉性がありません。そのため，トイレ掃除の洗浄剤の臭い（おそらく）が部屋に充満しています。 朝食は価格を考えれば平均点かもしれませんが，ポルトガルの割にはコーヒーがおいしくなかったです。 受付の対応は人によります。ほとんどの人は大変フレンドリーでしたが，1人だけ，いつも不機嫌そうな人がいましたので，この人に当たらないことを祈るべきです。

ホテルは親切で清潔さがあった。 しかし、帰りに空港までのタクシーを呼んでくれたが、このタクシーが料金をぼったくった。 それまでのタクシーは良心的だったのに残念

立地の良いところで宿泊費を抑えたい人向け、他の宿泊者の騒音が丸聞こえ、部屋も地方の古びたビジネスホテル並み、唯一スタッフの対応の良さが救い

0:00過ぎにフライトの遅れで到着。 事前に到着が遅れる事を電話で伝えていたが、到着すると0:00過ぎのチェックインは受け付けていないとフロントで言われて、その旨は伝えていると伝えるとジョークだよと。 空港でのタクシー確保で疲れている中、あまり笑えなかった。

I was bitten by a large number of bed bugs. It has become difficult to continue the journey normally. The room smells probably the plumbing is old.

the elevator is very slowly and very small. the room looks not so new and the wall has some stain, but they provide clean towels, shampoo and soaps everyday. the hotel staffs are very friendly and kind with warm hospitality. enjoyed staying there. obrigada

Smell of cigarette, many flies

Avoid at all costs. Our easyjet flight was delayed and as we arrived late that evening they had given our room away. Eventually they found us a 5 bedroom instead of our double. It was late so we had no other choice. Ignoring the extremely shabby look of the place, doors and floors falling apart, electricity working in strange ways we slept and then spent the day touring lisbon. Upon return to our room we found the room completely empty only to be told our private and personal belongings had been moved to another room without our consent. The one member of staff claimed to know nothing about it as did the morning staff too. A complete violation of our privacy. Also wanted to charge us on check out for something that they could not explain what it was. Put a real dampener on what is an amazing city

Room was very small, Hotel was dated, area was great.

Breakfast was good and had scrambled eggs, susugges, toast, cakes, coffees teas, juices, cereals, fruit. My air conditioner worked okay and was quiet. My TV Audio was broken. So no sound. My King bed room was small. The hotel location was good. Close to downtown .
