トラムでスイス駅、ドイツ駅、大聖堂、市庁舎にすぐ行ける。朝食も良かった。利用をお勧めする。

La stanza comoda, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari. Si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata del tram che permette di collegarsi al centro con facilità.

Nice area, nice room EXCECPT for the fact that the shower did not work. Very disappointing, They would not refund anything back. For that fact alone, I would not go there.

The receptionist was excellent. She helped us out with a language difficulty with our Uber driver.

Close the public transport. Free basel card to all tourist in any hotel, 15 pm check in is too late we wait nearly 1 hour at reception and when the room was ready she didnot inform us. The room was very cold, so we turned on the heater to warm it up. And there was a constant water noise throughout the day. Brakfast 19,5 Chf for each people is expensive

Staff was very helpful when we had a medical emergency. Thank you. Room was clean, comfortable. Hotel close to tram.

Lots of place to dine, a bit far from the old town and main train station. We just used uber to go around places.

Sehr gutes Hotel

L'hôtel est très confortable. Il nous a offert les transports gratuits et diverses réductions tout au long de notre séjour. Le réceptionniste est d'une gentillesse remarquable et parle français. De 6h30 à 21h, le café est offert. L'hôtel est bien situé, le lit confortable, ka salle de bains aussi. En revanche, notre séjour s'est déroulé en pleine canicule et le petit ventilateur non rotatif n'était pas suffisant. Il faisait bien trop chaud.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Bett sollte dringend erneuert werden.

The hotel was very well located for public transport and dining options/ supermarket - the staff were friendly - there was a useful fridge in the room. Although there was no air con, fans were provided which worked well in the heat.

Felt the Check in Staff could have been more helpful, Didn't really explain things properly even with directions we were lost

Whilst checking in, receptionist was in a hurry to leave. Couldn’t ask her fwhether cot was in place. Found cot wasn’t there. Needed kettle, bowl, microwave. Receptionist who came the next day gave these. Other staff very nice and polite. Internet didn’t work until we left. Hot drinks available 6.30 - 21.00.

Beds very comfy. Suite was very spacious and lots of outside balcony space.
