街中にありながら、部屋やバスルームの広さは十分満足できました。

全般的に良いホテルです。 快適度に４を付けたのは、 ・部屋でのwifiが切れやすい ・スリッパが無い の２点だけで、後は何の文句もありません。

２月２９日より３月８日まで８泊しマドリッドを堪能。３大美術館ほか徒歩圏内に見所満載、近郊のバスツアーの出発場所も近くロケーションは最高。フロントスタッフは英語での会話も可能で相談事にも丁寧に対応、その他のスタッフも含めホスピタリティには大満足。部屋は一番奥で静かで満足。ただバスルームは十分な広さであったが、ベッドルームはトランクを広げるとほとんどスペースがないことが唯一残念。

買い物、観光には便利であるが公園が近くにあって、２時３時まで騒がしかった（イースタ休暇だったので？） スタッフは感じが良かった

Amazon place close to everything in center Madrid

The room was very clean and the bed was oh so confortable. The air conditioning was very good. The location was perfect.

The concierges were all top notch, the room was pretty well sound proofed (Chueca has a lot of night life and we barely heard anything) and the bathroom was quite nice.

The staff members were very helpful and the location was great for walking to many attractions !!!

The location was very convenient for getting around the city center. The staff were nice and were able to answer our questions. The bathroom was very large and the bed was comfortable.

This was my third stay at this property and it's my first choice in Madrid. The location is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Il soggiorno è andato complessivamente bene e in linea con le mie aspettative. Unica pecca avevo richiesto una camera con doccia a pavimento e bidet (avevo fatto una lunga ricerca perchè sembra che il bidet non sia usuale in Spagna), mi è stata invece assegnata una camera senza bidet e attrezzata per portatori di handicap. Il concierge si è dato molto da fare per cambiare la stanza e infine ho avuto una stamza con bidet, ma con doccia in vasca. Il personale (Sergio) è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Una menzione particolare per l'addetto allla colazione

El personal muy amable, tanto de restaurante como de recepción. Falta mantenimiento al hotel, la ducha no servía bien para ajustarse, la secadora de cabello se calentaba en segundos y se apagaba. La comida no es buena. Algunos contactos no cargaban. Las toallas del baño ya daban las últimas de vida.

La ubicacion del hotel es fantástica para conocer el centro de Madrid. el personal de recepción muy amable y colaborador. Encantadores. Ahora bien; la habitación pequeña e interior, y necesita una reforma. Los muebles son antiguos, el aire acondiconado regular. Necesita con urgencia un lavado de cara.

Great location, friendly atmosphere, clean, close to gran villla and metro

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Room did not get cleaned for three days, had to collect my own laundry after having dropped it off (similar for the iron and iron board, which I also had to collect at reception). Shower dreadful, massive cracks in the bath and a mattress that was on the bed during the Spanish civil war. Need I continue?

Disappointed with the room, did not match the pictures. Bathroom was not as clean as I would expect and paint peeling off the ceiling. Luckily was only here one night but expected better considering the price was over €200
