駅から少し遠い　ベットが細い　壁のギャラリアの写真はミラノのホテルっぽさを盛り上げてくれた。エントランスから階段3段は不要 日本のコンセントに変換するプラグを付けたら抜けなくなって大慌て。

ホテルから100m程のところにトラム9番の駅があり、また徒歩5分のところにメトロがあるため、どこにいくにも便利です。特にトラム9番はミラノ中央駅までいくので空港へのバスにのるためにスーツケース持っての移動には助かりました。（メトロは下のエスカレーターやエレベーターが少ないのでスーツケースを持っての移動は大変そう。上りはエスカレーターがあるのでだいじょうぶですが・・・） ホテルの朝食はチーズやハム、クロワッサン、シリアル、ヨーグルト、フルーツなど豊富でしたが毎日同じ内容です。部屋のシャワーの閉じきらないドアというかつい立てを初日はうまく使えず床が水浸しになりましたが、慣れたらだいじょうぶです。 廊下や隣の音が聞こえてきますので、気になる人は耳栓とかあったほうが快眠できると思います。

Be aware that this hotel is right beside a tram line that has a tram every 10 minutes from 6 am until midnight. Very noisy so bring earplugs and ask for an inside room if possible. No AC. The breakfast is extra at $15 but has good variety. Room is fairly small but good for a couple for a short stay. No AC if needed.

Location, excellent. Few stops on the metro to most attractions. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, aircon easy to manage. Noise outside from trams but not big deal with balcony doors and blinds closed. Breakfast was okay, nice fresh food, and I *think* hot food could be ordered from the counter, but wasn’t quite sure. Some direction would have helped. Coffee did have to be ordered here.

Im not sure who has given the reviews that have been posted . I paid a lot money to stay there and its nothing like is written. Hotel room was basic with the smallest fridge on the wall that could only hold a couple of cans of drink. Didnt see a coffee machine in the reception area just a water machine and a fridge to buy drinks from. The double bed was 2 single mattresses with no over mattress so when i roll into the middle a gap opened up between the 2 mattresses. Again no air-conditioning and set to 18c so it was needed to have the windows open to get some air , but there was nothing mentioned about the trams passing the front of the hotel from 0500 to 01.00. As the hotel is close to the end of the road most of the trams have to stop at the lights , so they are quite noisy at night and they pass every 15 to 20 minutes so you cant really get to sleep until the last one has passed and then you can try to get 4 hours sleep. Not what I expect when paying over 500 euros for 3 nights stay. So sadly not a good trip to Milan

Very courteous staff

Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, close to a metro station, and tram station 20-30 min walk to the Duomo. The room was clean, being clean every day and good breakfast. Amenities as TV needed more satélite TV’s rather to watch more English speaker channels Overall was great experience, I would stay there again

Great location with public transit close by. The staff were wonderful. The continental breakfast was copious..I will miss my morning cappuccino. the room was small but adequate-bed very comfortable.

Personale cortese, stanza e spazi comuni puliti, buona la colazione. Stanza piccolina. Soggiorno più che soddisfacente, nonostante il disturbo del tram, che passava proprio sotto le nostre finestre al primo piano.

Although my room was tiny, neat and comfortable its enough. very good location, reach everywhere on foot. very nice helpful staff! decent breakfast, many good choices. will come back again!
