今まであちこち旅行をして来ましたが、こんな酷いホテルは初めてでした。写真とは全く違い、まるで飯場のような建物、ベッド以外には何もないとても小さな部屋、小さなトイレにカーテンをつけただけのシャワー。「空港に近い」と言うことで最期の夜をここに取りました。早朝ということもありましたが、 空港までタクシーに乗ったら20ユーロ近く取られました。前の晩町からこのホテルに移動して20ユーロ、合計40ユーロになり、街のホテルから直接空港へ行ったほうが安かったと後悔しました。 こんなホテルでも、Hotels.comで10,841円も 払いました。騙された感じです。 このホテルには行かない方が良い！みんなに伝えたく、口コミを書きました。

フィレンツェの歴史地区まで20分の好立地です。 スタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。 レストランの朝食は品数も多く大満足でした。 夕食もレストランで食べたら、美味しくて安い。

夜遅い便で到着したので空港から歩いていける便利さで選びました。無料のwifiで繋がりが良かった。部屋が狭く、エアコンも有りませんでしたお値段なりですので仕方ありません。

No hay agua caliente, no son amables

Agréable séjour dans l'hôtel Real. Nous avons trouvé que le rapport qualite/prix est excellent. La localisation est proche du tram T2 qui amene au centre ville en 20 minutes et il y a un parking gratuit sur place. La literie est confortable, nous avions une chambre donnant sur rue et n'avons pas ete dérangés par les bruits exterieurs. L'hôtel est dans son époque, un peu de modernité aurait donné un 5 sur 5 !

Great location Friendly staff amazing food

L'hôtel ne convient pas pour un séjour prolongé en famille. Encore en travaux, propreté à revoir, pas d'eau chaude, très bruyant dans les couloirs, pas de petit déjeuner. Mais il y a un parking client.

Don’t stay here.

Hotel per chi ha poche pretese. Pulizia sufficiente e bagni non molto invitanti. Spazioso ma con infissi un pò datati. Climatizzatore funzionante ma non sufficiente in pieno agosto a raffrescare in breve la stanza. Pro: stanza spaziosa; in pratica molto vicino alla zona centrale; economico. Insomma, buono per passare una notte al volo, massimo due.

Nem indtjekning og udtjekning. Værelset var meget slidt og gammelt, og der var ingen varmt vand overhovedet. Hverken om aftenen eller morgenen.

Si quieres no poder dormir, no poder ducharte y que te coman los mosquitos, este es el sitio. Sin agua caliente, si vas a recepción y lo expones te dicen que están todas las habitaciones iguales y te dan un hervidor de agua lleno de suciedad y bichos como solución. La ducha tiene los chorros tan bien dirigidos que tienes que ducharte buscándolos en las paredes de la ducha. Si quieres salir a la terraza y que te dé de pronto un golpe la medio persiana rota que tienen, este sitio es ideal. No tendrás problemas para madrugar porque con el sol es imposible seguir durmiendo y de bajar la persiana ni hablo. Lo bueno es que puedes encontrar suciedad y cosas de hace muchos años bajo los muebles. La cama tiene tantos bultos como la almohada. Suciedad, más suciedad y suciedad por todos lados. El wifi no funciona. Cuando llegamos la puerta (que es de trasteros) de la habitación estaba abierta

La atención muy buena, solo que no había agua caliente en la habitación donde nos quedamos! Pero de ahí todo muy bien y limpio

Dirty beds and bathroom, toilet is broken and no hot water after 11 PM

Spacious room, clean, it was good for us for a couple of nights.

My wife and I were traveling Europe for our honeymoon and this is one place we decided to stay. We were led to believe the hotel had laundry and was close to lots of places to eat but this was incorrect, all the restaurants close by were all shut down permanently as far as I can tell and the only laundry service was almost 15 euros each to wash and dry which is maybe normal but when we’re let to believe the hotel had this service it’s something we did not budget for. As for the room the floors were dirty with broken tiles that moved when stepped on, the shower head holder was broken(not a big deal but annoying) and there was only one towel between us which is not super fun when you have been traveling all night and sweating all day and all you want to do is shower before bed, I asked for more towels but apparently that was the last one and we just had to deal with it(not a big deal I know but it seemed like things kept getting added to the pile, although he couldn’t help us with most of the issues the man at the front desk front desk was friendly and he tried to help us so I have to give credit where credit is due. All in all the photos look much nicer than the place and they are not accurate at least in the room we stayed in and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

C’était pas mal mais il manquait de couvertures et on devait en partager ( je suis allé à l’accueil mais il n’y avait personne)

Vi bookede med morgenmad, men hotellet har slet ikke morgenmad. Der var reserveret 3 værelser , men kunne kun få 2.

Struttura vecchia, arredata male e senza alcun servizio. Bagno vecchio, piccolo e scomodo. Lo split dell'aria condizionata aveva lo scarico della condensa in un bidone che si è riempito durante la notte e ha allagato la stanza, che ho dovuto asciugare con gli asciugamani, dal momento che la mattina non c'è personale.

Nous avons fait une alte à l'hôtel real pour 1 nuit, nous avons très bien dormi, la salle de bain était un peu serré pas très ergonomique, la climatisation était a disposition pour notre par en juillet il faisait 35 degrés en fin de journée donc très agréable d'arriver dans une chambre tempéré.
