当日の夜、急遽トリノで空いてる宿をサイトで探し無事チェックイン出来ました。フロントの方の対応も良くスムーズに部屋に入れましたが、部屋の冷蔵庫が壊れていて、中も床まで水浸しになっていました。フロントに連絡しましたが、特に対応してくれませんでした。残念です。

建物は決して新しくはなく、むしろ古いのですが、それを感じさせない内装と、ロビーや廊下の雰囲気でした。ホテルの方々の誠意が随所に感じられる、思い出に残るホテルとなりました。

Historic hotel, very good customer service and nice breakfast but the rooms that families are given are very poor, small windows, smelling of damp and a bit more like a hotel in a developing country. The other rooms we passed are like those in the photos so think these were kept for non families.

Très bien. Nous revenons avec plaisir. Bien situé près du dôme et d'une place pleine de restaurant.

The location is really great for first time travellers, dining around the area is nice, walkable to all major tourist spots, beskfast is great too. Front desk Staff are great...you feel like home with Alexandro and Thomas Only comment is water from the shower leaks out to the floor...a little improvement to the caulking too.. Overall, l love the place.

Matelas et sommier durs. Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses mais délabrées. Le personne de l'accueil parlant francais, pour toutes questions, nous a renvoyés à l'office du tourisme. Petit déjeuner décevant, beaucoup gateaux emballés individuellement, pas de pain, .... Hotel bien situé, parking a l'hôtel mais payant 20€/jour.

Staff was welcoming and we were able to check in prior to 3 pm. Our room didn't have a window and was small, but it did have an AC unit. Breakfast buffet had a range of options. Location, budget price and the Mozart connection were the prime attractions of this hotel as it's about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Castello and five minutes from several outdoor restaurants that were bustling.

La tarification du parking est de 20 € par nuit elle n'est pas indiquée sur le site. Personnel peu accueillant à l'arrivée, peu complaisant, à l'exception de celui qui nous a indiqué le stationnement et qui nous a très bien renseigné sur le voisinage. Il a fallu attendre deux jours pour changer le siège des toilettes qui était démonté et de graisser la poignée de porte de jonction entre la chambre et la salle de bain.

Posizione centralissima, struttura poco curata e obsoleta, manca il frigobar e l'aria condizionata risale all'ante guerra buona la colazione servita in una bellissima sala: però anche niente acqua fresca!!!

Excelente serviço de recepção e café da manhã. O quarto e banheiro são amplos, mas não tinha ar condicionado ou ventilador para o calor.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Muy cómodo para ir andando a todos los sitios. Las habitaciones son básicas pero están limpias y cumplen con lo prometido. El personal es atento y servicial. El edificio es pintoresco.

Good location, nice interiors. Comfortable cantine and lobby. Easy and convenient parking in the heart of the city
