総合評価とレビュー Hotel Antica Dogana

当日の夜、急遽トリノで空いてる宿をサイトで探し無事チェックイン出来ました。フロントの方の対応も良くスムーズに部屋に入れましたが、部屋の冷蔵庫が壊れていて、中も床まで水浸しになっていました。フロントに連絡しましたが、特に対応してくれませんでした。残念です。

建物は決して新しくはなく、むしろ古いのですが、それを感じさせない内装と、ロビーや廊下の雰囲気でした。ホテルの方々の誠意が随所に感じられる、思い出に残るホテルとなりました。

Excelente servicio, ampliamente recomendable

Fint läge nära sevärdheterna i stan. Hotellet är i stort behov av en uppdatering. Rum och badrum var mycket enkelt inredda. Frukosten hade enkel italiensk standard.

Historically unique. Mozart at 15 Yrs.played in the main dining room where a fantastic breakfast is served. The decor of the dining room is an outstanding art work. The rooms are ample compared with modern European hotels. The location for the opera, palace, Egyptian museum and Shroud is perfect. Great restaurants all around.if you want history the again is your best choice

Property was in the city center and we were able to walk around to some of the sites.

Hôtel très bien situé.

Hotel très bien pour une nuit. Les chambres sont vieillissantes (années 70) et on entend le couloir. Déjeuner suffisant.

Esperienza del tutto positiva. La posizione dell'hotel ci ha permesso di visitare tutto il centro città a piedi senza dover spostare la macchina. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale ha fatto il resto.

Molto accogliente e posizione ottima, mancava il minifrigo

Le condizioni della stanza e soprattutto del bagno sono scadenti: box doccia che non chiude bene e facendo la doccia esce molta sul pavimento, piastrelle scheggiate. La prima colazione è ottima. Penso che l'hotel abbia bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione.

Un gioiello antico da curare e rispettare.

E’ un gioiello antico che merita di essere curato ed accudito. La grande professionalità del personale compensa in parte le carenze della struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una gestione più attenta. Verificare bene all’accettazione la qualità delle camere: c’è un enorme differenza tra quelle “molto vecchie” e quelle con bagni ristrutturatI. Poco invece si può fare con gli infissi: sono antichi e quindi bellissimi da vedere, ma purtroppo alcuni sono anche vecchi e poco manutentati. Tutto è però compensato dall’eccellente posizione.

Dommage. Les parties communes sont plutôt belles, mais les chambres ne sont pas du tout comme sur la photo, viellottes, tristes, et pourtant très cher, 200€!

El hotel es muy antiguo y conserva mucho de su encanto. Pero también hay cosas que tendrían que arreglar. La mampara de la ducha perdía agua por varios puntos, inundando todo el baño. Las camas eran bastante incómodas, necesitan mejores colchones. El radiador se apagó relativamente temprano (20:00 o 20:30) y ya no se encendió más. Se oye todo lo del pasillo (las puertas son dos tablones de madera que no sellan nada). El suelo cruge muchísimo. Como puntos positivos, la ubicación es inmejorable, el desayuno es muy variado, el personal muy atento, amable y profesional. Las zonas comunes, especialmente las escaleras y el comedor, te transportan siglos al pasado (para bien).

Hotel très bien placé en plein centre-ville, avec garage. Bon accueil, bon petit déjeuner, ptix acceptable pour l’emplacement. Seul bémol, notre chambre était très défraîchie, salle de bain correcte néanmoins

The claim to fame of this hotel is based on the fact that 15-year old Mozart stayed there for 2 weeks with his father in 1771. Nothing changed much there since (except for plumbing, of course). 3 rooms on each floor facing the street were obviously intended for the important guests and still are furnished accordingly, while other rooms facing inner yard were for the servants, coachmen, maids etc. Hotel serves only standard breakfast in the magnificent ballroom under subdued soundtrack of, or course, Mozart, but there are unlimited number of very good restaurants within 5 min walking distance, including 3 in the same block as the hotel. Location is also very good - 10 min walk to Piazza Castello, the tourist center of Turin, and 20 min walk (or 10 min on a tram 4 or 11) from the train station. Hotel also has a small parking, but reserve it asap) One strange thing was that under pretext of Italian Law we weren't allowed to bring glass glasses from the breakfast room to our room (I plead the 5th amendment for the rest...)
