水道が止まり、シャワーとトイレは全く使えませんでした。この問題は私が滞在した日にブルネイ全土に影響を及ぼしました。残念ながら、ホテルは代替の水の供給や宿泊客へのサポートを一切提供しませんでした。

食事の選択肢とバラエティは改善が必要です。部屋の設備は少し古く、Wi-Fiも不足しており、少なくともスマートテレビとエアコンのコントロールの改善が必要です。

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The room is spacious and wide, customer service is very friendly and ready to help. The AC is too cold and cannot be turned down because it is central, unfortunately there is no Qibla direction. Overall my parent really enjoy their vacation ☺.

Good hotel in the center of comercial zone of gadong. Near a lot of restaurant and hypermarket.

Please install a shower curtain . Present shower plastic wall is in wrong position. Room internet signal for various devices is poor. I normally stay at centre point for good services and location. Improve on my 2 suggested issues will be great. Cheers.
