総合評価とレビュー The Rizqun International Hotel

最近このホテルに宿泊したのですが、全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。立地も素晴らしく、部屋は広々としていて清潔で、バスルームもきちんと整えられています。プールは広くて安全で、泳ぎたくない人のために快適なシーティングエリアもあります。朝食も含まれていて、なかなか良かったです。スタッフは丁寧でプロフェッショナルですが、もう少し温かいおもてなしがあればと思います。

パウダールームを備えた広々とした豪華な客室で、非常に快適で、立地も魅力的です。

The Rizqun International Hotel is a beautiful hotel and is well appointed. The amenities are excellent and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The Restaurant Buffet is extensive and the food is well prepared and there is a variety of choices. My only complaint was the non availability of access to the Internet.The Hotel has routers on every floor but for some reason I could not gain access until the second day of my stay. Good location, very friendly service

It was supposed to be a five star hotel. Sure the room and washroom were big and spacious. But I couldn't say the same with their hygiene and services. Toilet seat looks worn out with marks all over it. My bathtub wasn't cleaned everyday when it's so obvious that its been used. The bed sheet have weird smell that I couldn't place or is it the carpet? Waitress at breakfast were cold and unwelcoming. Food also not the one to write home about, fruit were tasteless and vegetables served uncooked thoroughly. The only good thing is their location and many shops surrounding.
