Fantastic breakfast

Good hotel. We are moving to its sister hotel which has smaller rooms but excellent views.

Un emplacement spectaculaire avec les bassins de piscines, le bord de mer avec des vagues de toutes beauté et la qualité de l’accueil.

Stunning views. Went walking to Leveda Riberia. Unfortunately, the pools were closed but the huge waves were awesome to watch.

We loved staying at this hotel. The food was wonderful and the swimming pools were great. I also had a very relaxing massage in the spa. It was a brilliant experience to swim in the nearby lava pools ! We had a wonderful balcony room with sea view. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, great amenities and very walkable location within Porto Moniz

Hôtel de petite taille disposant d’une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Parking sur place mais possibilité de se garer à l’extérieur gratuitement tout autour de la propriété. La chambre était bien décorée et semblait rénovée; elle m’a juste semblé plus petite que sur les photos. Le gros plus est la piscine à débordement sur le toit mais il y a aussi une piscine intérieure avec un jacuzzi et un sauna. L’accès à la piscine naturelle à proximité de l’hôtel est gratuit avec l’hôtel ce qui est toujours un plus. Le restaurant était également de bonne facture. Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Le village est bien situé pour visiter le reste de l’île. Il faut juste garder à l’esprit que le nord est plus pluvieux que le reste de l’île.

I really enjoyed my stay. Room was very well equipped and the balcony with it’s sea view was a nice plus. Breakfast was nice. Would come again.

Amazing views and breakfasts.

Very basic hotel. Terrible food ( frozen veggies), waiter had no clue and tried to cover the bad quality food instead of recognizing it which make it double worst. Sauna was cold during the time we scheduled. Towels are like sandpaper, no shampoo. Only good thing was the Mariana at the reception, else go somewhere else.

Das Personal war rundum freundlich und kundenorientiert Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und den Meerblick habe ich sehr genossen. Toll, war der Wasserspender zum auffüllen der Wasserflaschen für unsere Wanderungen. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker, die Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt mit Halbpension aber etwas rar. Toller Pool, den man genießen kann, wenn keine Insta „Stars“ in Sicht sind.

Very nice hotel, not too big, beautiful rooftop pool with spectacular view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We would love to stay there again.

First impressions were good. We were shown our room on the side of the hotel. I was disappointed it had a bath with shower over rather than walk in shower but the staff member was able to show us another room, but its location was not so good as it was right by the door to the outside pool. We decided to stay in the first. Room was small but clean. The air con is a portable freestanding type which is very very loud! The view from the balcony is beautiful. The usb points on one side of the bed did not work and the pillows were old and lumpy. I asked if they had firmer or basically any other pillows, they said they would ask. I heard no more. Breakfast was ok, basic. Pool area on the roof was nice. Towels good. Strangely the lift by the restaurant always smelled of fish! Carpark is very small, but we did always manage to find a space on the road. Overall, not for us, but choice is limited in that part of Madeira.
