The staff were excellent.

Clean area, Shopping, Dining options. the room is clean, however this is my first time that I stay in a hotel and I don’t find soap bars ( facial ). Overall it is wonderful.

The location is top, room is clean and the few is amazing. Staff is welcoming.

The cleanliness was top-notch – everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout the property. The pool and beach area were stunning, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and beautiful views. The room was fantastic – spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a great stay. What really made the trip special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. Everything we needed was within easy reach, and the surroundings made exploring a real pleasure. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I liked the helpful staff at the reception desk, and the overall aesthetics. Not a fan of the restaurant staff - favoured certain races over others.

I face issue with wheel chair accessibility no inclines or proper access to the room for the wheelchair They donot provide portable incline This need to be considered Also this should be included properly in the application because after last update the application is not clarify these details Not include prices in SAR

The only thing I didn't like, which movenpick has zero control over is how many rocks are in the water. It was very difficult to walk through the water without getting injured. But again, the hotel has nothing to do with this.

Lokasyon ve yemek bakımından çok iyiydi. Yemek derken hem yemek kalitesi/çeşidi, hem de yemek servis eden şef ve garsonlar fazlasıyla iyiydi. Ancak otelin diğer çalışanları için aynı şekilde övgüde bulunmayabilirim. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanları pek yardımsever değildi ve soğuktu. Ayrıca restoran bölümü hariç çalışanların çoğunun İngilizcesi yetersizdi, Kuveyt gibi bir ülkede çok daha rahat İngilizce konuşan bir ekip bekliyorsunuz açıkçası.

The room was so cozy, bed very comfy and loved the pool areas. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. It was a perfect getaway.

This is great beachfront hotel in Salmiya, with two restaurants. Rooms aren’t too spacious, but bed was great and comfortable. Several swimming pools including with heated waters are available and gym consisted of numerous cardio work out engines.

Excellent except the Launch buffet it is so expensive and not worth 19 KD specially for the guests

As always, it is very pleasant to stay at the Movenpick Hotel (Al-Bida'a). We originally booked a two-bedroom apartment with pool access. Upon arrival and due to the unavailability of the booked apartment, we were immediately upgraded to the Villa (with pool access). Pool area is well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is delicious (but could use a little more variety). Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I will definitely go there again.

It took 15 minutes to check me in after the staff was discussing with the manager on whether a single person can be checked in and they were lecturing me about people visits and policies for any visitors. Beside that some staff annoyed me daily at the beach where I was laying down asking me whether I stay in the hotel and what’s my room number and my name and this was daily. And when the weather got hot the A/C in the room was bad.
