他の街も、アパートメンとを利用しましたが、ここほど親切で台所用品、洗剤用品が何もかも揃ってるところは有りませんでした。裏を出て直ぐにスーパーも有り、観光地も近いですし、オーナーはとても親切で良い方でした。また利用したいです。

2014年8月、ドブロヴニクからSPLITにバスで移動してきました、このアパートメントはSPLITの中心部からは徒歩で15分から20分の場所にあります。住宅地の中のアパートメントの一室になります、ちょうど下の階が大家さんです。部屋はLDKと寝室が二つ、かわいいインテリアとピアノもあり、CDも備えられてあります。キッチンもなんでもそろっており自炊するのになんの不便も感じませんでした。また洗濯機と日当たりのよい洗濯物干場があって、旅行者にはとてもありがたいところです。大家さんのお父さんも奥さんもとても親切で、とても歓迎してくれました。この家から歩いて10分弱のところにスーパもあり、一通りの物は買えます、またワイン、ビールもOKです。ただし一人（私は一人でしたので）には量が多すぎるのが難点です。ここからは市の中心部の宮殿跡や公園地区、ビーチにもそれぞれ歩いて行ける距離です。このようなアパートメントはこの地域は多いのですが、私は初めて宿泊しました、普通のホテルの感覚で探したのですが、全くわかりません、たまたまネットもつながらなく、GPSも使えずに探し充てるのに大変な苦労をしました。ちゃんと通りの名前（クロアチア語）と番地で探さなくてはなりません。このような所に泊まるときは事前の大家さんにメールして、迎えに来てもらうなどの準備が必要です。

部屋は広く、収納スペースも豊富です。部屋には、洗濯機があったのでこれは助かった。長期旅行には、洗濯機の存在はとてもありがたい。また、台所スペースも広く、いろんな調理道具が揃っていて、大変使いやすかった。コンロもガスで使い勝手が良かった。特筆すべきは、4階部分にとても親切なオーナー一家が住んでいて、いろいろと心強かった。バスターミナルまでの送迎も無料でしてくれる。

Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well-equipped, and was pretty close to a grocery store and a reasonable walk to the old town and the promenade. We walked at night and felt safe. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Très bon accueil d’Adriana qui nous a donné d’excellents conseils de visites sur Split et les alentours .L’appartement est bien situé. facile pour visiter la old town. Seul petit point à revoir selon nous , l’équipement cuisine , un peu « dans son jus »… réfrigérateur , micro onde , machine à café et bouilloire mériteraient un coup de neuf .

El anfitrión es un entrañable señor mayor. Estuvimos como en casa. Muy agradable y cerca del centro andando. Aparcamos el coche por los alrededores sin mayor problema y disfrutamos del paseo por la ciudad

The location to the shops and old town was great - within walking distance. Archeological museum a block away. Carrying suitcases up 5 flights was difficult.

Had a bit of difficulty in finding at first but was shown by locals. Met the owner when arrived showed us around and answered questions. The internet was very poor and the TV had only one local station. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony had the sun on all day. It was very central for the Old town and the bus station is a 10 min walk. We used it to go to Trogir €4 each and Stobrec €2. It was ideal for the Airport €3. There was a park a street down. There are ATM all over but most charge. The bank ATMs are nearby and are free.

It was about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town, so it was relatively convenient. If you want to go to the ocean, it takes more than 25 minutes. The apartment was quiet, the bed and the shower were clean. I felt it was a good place to take a break peacefully after playing around all day. It was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, so I had no complaints about the facilities. If I had to comment on one thing, the Wi-Fi was a little slow and difficult to use. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Excellent location for the Old Town in Split. Some reasonably priced bars nearby and local shops. The property was well equipped and good value.

A 5-10 minutes walk from the Riva and Split city center, If you have a car, be aware that parking is scarce, but it was not a problem during my 3 days stay. Host was very sympathic and apartment has all the commodities you need. Loved it!!

Very helpful landlord who gave us a great explanation of Split with a map. The area is urban with a little graffiti but quite safe and there was an excellent friendly little supermarket a short walk away with superb bread. A short walk from the tourist centre. Highly recommended.

Great location, short walk from old town. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice, clean apartment. Rain head in the shower wasn't working properly, this was the only minor issue, otherwise everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

아주 만족합니다. 넓은 공간, 편안한 침실, 생활에 필요한 대부분의 시설(세탁기, 식기류 등)이 갖춰져 있고, 주변에 마트가 있어 필요 물품 확보에 어려움이 없고 외식이 싫으면 자체적으로 해결이 가능합니다. 스플릿트 관광 중심지까지 도보로 10분정도 밖에 안걸리며, 첵크인 시, 주인께서 일반 관광객은 잘 모르는 부분을 알려줍니다. 시간적 여유만 있다면 더 머무르고 싶은 곳입니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 체크인 시 주인에게 연락해야 하는데, 주인께서 whatsapp(유럽버전 카톡)을 하지 않아 어쩔수 없이 국제통화를 하게된 점이네요. 주인님 whatsapp하세요^^

Me he alojado tres veces con Joseph y Consuela en los apartamentos Peric, y cada vez es mejor y mejor. Son anfitriones consumados, amables, agradables, profesionales y maravillosamente serviciales. El apartamento es bastante grande; de hecho, la cocina es probablemente más grande que todo mi apartamento en Nueva York. La cocina también dispone de todos los electrodomésticos para una estancia confortable y cocinar allí es un placer. Joseph y Consuela, espero volver a verlos en el futuro.

Propriétaire chaleureux et flexible. Appartement très bien situé, au calme, pas très loin d’un supermarché. À recommander pour deux nuits ou une semaine ! Nice and flexible landlord. The flat is well located, in a quiet area, not far away from a supermarket! I strongly advise it for two nights or a week!

Wonderful spacious Apartment. Everything you need even Washing machine. Great AC. Close in location. Great host downstairs. Be sure Uber takes you right to door, one-way streets can make it tricky for cars. Don’t be put off by graffiti in area, it’s everywhere in Split including good neighborhoods like this one. I’d love to stay here again!

The stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the historic part of Split. Street parking was available and free near the property. The host was very helpful and the apartment was fully equipped. The only draw back was the lack of an elevator making it a bit inconvenient to bring luggage to the apartment.
