Elevator was broken, and Amsterdam stairs are not for the faint of heart. Other than that, really good place.

Despite being in a very popular neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this hotel was. Staff was amazing! So helpful. My only issue was the elevator. It was out-of-prder and the stairs were extremely narrow and steep. If you have mobility issues then this could be a big problem for you. Other than thhat we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and has everything we needed. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The area is nice and quiet, allowing us to get good night's rest. The staff are friendly and helpful. You must be able to climb narrow Dutch-style stairs if your room is located in the upper floors. The location is very convenient for walking to the Rijkmuseum, Vondelpark and other places in the museum district. We liked the peacefulness of the area and are very happy that we chose this hotel and this area of Amsterdam for our stay in the city.

Pretty decent cheap option for 1 night in Amsterdam. Good area to access the tourist parts, museums and canal boats.

O quarto era muito bom, a cama confortável, mas elevador quebrado. Hotel com uma escada extremamente íngrime e estreita pra ficar sem elevador, é horrível!

The 3 stars are only because of the hotel location and friendly staff. The property has really narrow set of stairs and lifts weren't working. Thankfully we were just on the first floor but we saw many people struggling and it was definitely a trip hazard. Our room itself was quite small, so much so that as soon you open the door, you were 2 steps away from bed. It was near stairs area and quite noisy. We could hear our next door and upstairs neighbours almost all hours of the day. On top of that, the bed had an extra thin mattress on top of the actual fitted mattress (not sure why) and it was it uncomfortable to sleep on as it kept moving and it didn't fit the bed. It was uncomfortable, noisy and overall not worth the money.

En general está bien. Lamentablemente en nuestra estadía el elevador no servía y las escaleras están demasiado angostas, una tortura subir y bajar equipaje.

Good standard hotel, good beds, functional room and excellent A/C. As this is Amsterdam, the staircase is steep and narrow thus difficult for guests with any mobility challenges.

Rooms are small , is ok if you’re only going to spend the night . If you need more space is not a place for you .

The property was clean; however there was mold in the shower, which they cleaned and then allowed me to change rooms. The next room had a bit of mold too and the curtain in the bathroom just fell down when I touched it. A nice, well located place, but not sure that it’s worth the price.

A fuir ! Séjours plus que decevant, odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain et le placard. L'entretien de la chambre laisse à désiré. Porte de salle de bain dégoûtante et abîmé dû a une absence d'aération approprié. Réveillé toute la nuit à cause des brut de porte très sonore des autres chambres. De plus chambre très petite , à peine la place de ce tenir debout devant la vasque de la salle de bain car le toilettes prends toute la place. Réservation relalisé car annonce proposant douche ou baignoire, cependant AUCUNE chambre ne procéde de baignoire, très déçue. Beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations !!!
