部屋は清潔でオシャレです。美術館やスーパーマーケットも近いので立地もよく中庭があるのが素晴らしい。

空港からのバス停、トラム停留所、スーパーへは徒歩5分と便利な場所でした。寒い時期でしたが、熱いシャワーと暖房のおかげで部屋はとても快適でした。 入口の階段、エレベーターが停まらない階があるので大きな荷物を持っていると少し苦労するかもしれません。 フロント横に無料のコーヒーマシンがあり、観光から帰ってきて一息つくのに毎日利用させて頂きました。 フロントスタッフの対応も素晴らしく、機会があれば また宿泊したいと思います。

用意されていた部屋が、半地下室なので、窓からの景色が、駐車している自動車の車輪しか見えなかったし、外から室内がよく見えて、窓をあけると物騒なので、カーテン、窓は閉め切った。 場所は、アムステルダムの観光にはよいところで、治安もよい地域にあるので、立地はたいへんよいと思う。

年末に家族で6泊しました。古い小さなホテルでしたが、清潔でスタッフが皆とても愛想がよく親切だった。 無料のサーバーもあり、好きな時間にコーヒー、紅茶を飲めたので良かった。 チェックインの際に無料の携帯を貸してくれたので、出歩く際にネットが利用でき大変助かった。 古いホテルなので仕方ないが、部屋の床が斜めになっていているところがあり、度々めまいがしました。 それ以外はとても満足です。

部屋に冷蔵庫がなく、シャワールームの排水悪く連続使用で床に水があふれました。季節柄特に不快ではありませんでしたが、エアコンはありませんでした。扇風機はありました。私の部屋運が悪かったのかもしれません。

トラムに乗れば美術館もダム広場も中央駅も一本で便利な場所でした。レストランも多く集まったライツェ広場も近くアムステルダム観光に便利な場所でした。

Room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from city centre but if you are not first visitor in Amsterdam, it is not a big problem.

１１月１９日の宿泊であつたが、寒かった。暖房設備はないため、セータを着込んで寝ました。 次回１２月の、宿泊は、ベスト　ウエスタンを、Bookingしました。場所は、大変便利な所です。 AirportBusは、B11-No197で、ライゼン広場へ、行きます。バス停から５分のところです。

スタッフの方の対応はとても親切でした。おすすめの観光スポットを丁寧に教えてくれました。 場所もトラムの駅から比較的近く観光の拠点としても便利でした。一つだけ、ホテルに入る入り口に階段があった事と部屋に行くにも途中まではエレベーターがあるのですが、そこから階段を登らなければいけませんでした。大きな荷物、重い荷物を持った人にはちょっとつらいかもしれません。

A great spot right in the city. Easy access from the highway for quick Uber trip from airport. Beautiful garden courtyard

Small boutique hotel. Space was tight in the bathroom. Bathroom needed updates ie sink was cracked. Good coffee/ latte in lobby all the time. Close to downtown. We walked to Rijksmuseum. Nice walking/ jogging park 200 m from hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. People were very friendly. Bed was mediocre.

Mycket fin trädgård/uteplats. Varmt på rummet (var väldigt varmt ute) och fläkten kylde inte direkt, men bra att fönsterna gick att öppna. Området var lungt och hotellet litet, vilket vi gillade

O hotel era muito legal. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários e amamos o jardim nos fundos da propriedade. Ficamos poucos dias, mas certamente retornaria. Localização satisfatória, em uma área silenciosa e de fácil acesso (cerca de 15 minutos das atrações centrais). Nossa única questão foi a ausência de ar condicionado em uma semana que fazia muito calor, mas compreendemos que essa questão é geral na Europa. Ficamos muito felizes com nossa estadia.

We had a great stay at Hotel Alexander. The location is excellent, with tram and bus stops just a short walk away, and many of Amsterdam’s attractions can easily be reached on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, but this wasn’t an issue for us because the window opens, making the room pleasant even on warmer days. A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They answered all our questions and gave us useful recommendations. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and drinking water available to guests throughout the day. Our only small suggestion would be to add a shelf or cabinet in the bathroom for toiletries and personal items. The towels were also a little worn and could be replaced. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

The hotel room had a decently sized personal bathroom and a small balcony area. There was no A.C. but a fan that made the room temperature nice. The hotel has an elevator which helped me get my luggage up to my room. In the lobby was free water, coffee, and tea. I didn't take advantage of the paid breakfast due to my schedule. The staff was really friendly and answered any questions I had about checking in/out. There was some construction right outside of the hotel but the noise wasn't a bother. The hotel had great security as well, requiring your room key to get into the building. I would stay here in the future, since the location was very good for visiting many of the museums and Vondelpark.

Helpful kind staff, beautiful street. Everything is walkable. Close to museums and shopping around vondelpark! Lovely garden rooms. Quiet.

The location is excellent. There is no AC in the bedrooms, so if you are going in the summer, and are used to AC, it’s extremely uncomfortable. We had been placed in an outdoor room, away from the main building, and upon walking in, it felt like a furnace. We asked to switch, since we couldn’t cancel our reservation. We got placed in a cooler building on a lower level. It was a tad better, but slept with windows open and fan blowing at full speed. I will come back in fall and winter months, but definitely not in the summer. Otherwise the place is adorable!

Bra läge på hotellet nära till buss och tvärbana som tar en in till centrum på 10 min! Personalen va trevliga, fick tips på bra frukostställen runtomkring. Dock väldigt varmt på rummet men bra att det iallafall fanns en fläkt, madrassen va lite ojämn för dubbelsängen och vi hade en silverfisk i badrummet… inte lika trevligt.
