3 or 4 bas stops to Florence station. There is no supermarket around the hotel. The stay was amazing. Nice and clean room, kind staff. Especially I enjoyed the spa. you can have 2 kind of saunas and pool. (not hot bath).

ちょっと、駅からも観光地からも遠いのが難点

チェックイン後、部屋のエアコンが故障しており、フロントの女性に話したものの「それが、どうした？」という大変ぶっきらぼうな反応。エアコンを修理してほしい旨をお願いしたものの、「今私は一人でフロントにいるから無理」と設備不良の改善を拒みました。（このホテルは４星ホテルでありながら、朝食時以外はフロントに１人だけというワンオペです）。いい加減にしてほしい、すぐに直すか、部屋を変更してと訴えた所「そんなに涼しい部屋がいいの？」という半笑いの対応で、怒りを通り越して呆れてしまいました。（当日のフィレンツェは気温３３度。とても暑い一日でした）結局満室のため部屋の交換はできず、また修理対応がなかったため、チェックアウト時に一泊分の返金を求めたものの「エアコンが壊れていた事実はない」という驚きの回答。エクスペディアの口コミが良かったので、楽しみに予約したのですが、最低のホテルでした。

駅から町はずれの方角に15分ほど歩く、周りにお店がほとんどないエリアにあるので多少不便さは感じるかもしれません。でもホテル自体は素晴らしく、一軒家のヴィッラと離れのガーデンハウスから成る中庭付きの瀟洒なホテルです。朝食は卵料理などの温かいものやチーズがなく、少し物足りなさを感じましたが、ホテルの部屋や共有の庭、リビングルームなどでゆっくりとくつろぎたいと思える素敵なホテルでした。

Die Schiebetüre wure bei 3 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht repariert. Sie liess sich keinen mm öffnen. Bei zwangen uns durch 1 Öffnung der re. Schiebetür, sehr unbequem. Weder die Reinigungskraft noch sonst. Personal gat sich gekümmert! Schade Beim Frühstück fehlte tägl.frisches Brot, nur jeden 2. Tag war das da. Keine Abwechslung bei Wurst + Käse Gebäck. Jeden Tag dasselbe. Da fehlt es noch an einigem Sonst wäre es das ein gutes Hotel, aber dafür etwas zu teuer, mind. 50 € zu teuer f.3 Nächte. Da einfach zu geringe Auswahl.

Beautiful hotel, clean room beautifully decorated and with everything needed to make our stay feel luxurious and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and free use of spa facilities. It felt 5 star!

spent 1 night at this boutique hotel and unfortunately it did not live up to the price tag of over €300 per night. The room felt poorly maintained, with scuffed doors and frames, and the bathroom had pests, which was very off-putting. Overall, the property did not feel fresh or cared for. We expected a much higher standard for this rate and cannot recommend it.

Travelled to Florence for my wifes 50th birthday. To make it special, i wanted to make sure the hotel was right. The hotel did not disappoint - immaculately clean, staff very helpful and chevk in easy. Beautiful room which had a view of the city. Breakfast was equally of a high standard with a great variety of options available. Staff again, were extremely attentive. We booked a 50 min slot in the spa - very n8ce after travelling. Only complaint here is the hot tub could have been hotter! Overall a fantastic stay - I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again. 10 of 10.

Hotel areas & rooms are beautiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast also has a good choice.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Florence with about a 20 minute walk to the historic area. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The outdoor dining area was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was spacious. Comfortable bed. Great place to stay if you want to get away from all the hustle.

Amazing hotel that I look forward to returning to

The staff at the Palazzo Lorenzo was great. They were very helpful with any inquiries I had. Whether recommending restaurants, arranging transportation or making cappuccinos at 2am. Would stay there again. The accommodations were great, hotel is wonderfully decorated and the room I had was way bigger than I thought it would be.
