L'hôtel est très bien situé et semble au top. Mais, quand on regarde de plus près, on se rend compte qu'il est vieillissant et que son entretien (technique) reste passable. C'est dommage. Dans la chambre, un dégât des eaux a eu lieu et n'a pas été bien remis en état. Dans l'hôtel, hormis le hall nickel, de nombreuses petites imperfections ne sont pas traitées : vitres cassées, câbles apparents, déchets... C'est très dommage, qu'en sera-t'il dans quelques temps ? Peut-être que les travaux seront réalisés maintenant après la saison. Sinon hôtel quand même sympa.

I liked the view, wi-fi is available, the breakfast is ok, and the parking is available. What I didn’t like: rude staff, noisy, dirty rooms, towels are over used and stained with yellow marks, the sink is unsafe you can’t lean on it and leaks, Miskitos caused bites all over my arms and my legs, using the balcony is not possible due to different insects, no swimming pool it was close all the time I was there for six days, the hotel is not handicap friendly. Overall, pictures online are really deceiving, the hotel needs renovations

This hotel has a perfect location, right at the "lungomare", the beating heart of Vlora. The service is excellent and the hotel is clean and renovated. I would recommend it! They have parking which is a plus.

Grei beliggenhet med kort veg til stranda og til gamlebyen. Topp service i resepsjonen. Manglet håndklær og toalettpapir når vi kom, men resepsjonen ordnet opp. Store rom

The hotel was in very good location and easy to find. However, we lacked some towels when we first got to the room. Also the room was not cleaned at all during our stay except the couple of hours before our check out when we told the cleaner that it’s already unnecessary. The breakfast was very disappointing, the selection was good, but the quality was not very good. Some of the food looked like it has been sitting there for many hours or really days already. Hope I would be lying but unfortunately I’m not. Not very good experience, also of course wasn’t very expensive either but maybe not the compromise I would love to be making.

Hotel datato privo di manutenzioni aria condizionata non funzionante su gran parte del hotel, ascenzore uno non funzionante l'altro se si saliva piu di 2 persone si bloccava, area piscina in degrato totale, uso magazzino, camere con intonaci in distacco, le camere non vengono rifatte hotel da dimenticare.

Lage sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Personal sehr net aber nicht professionell. Zimmer groß aber am Eingang Licht mit Bewegungsmelder was bei jeder Bewegung angeht sogar beim Schlafen, nicht ausstellbar. Kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, Safe nicht verschraubt an Wand, kann man mitnehmen!!!. Keine Hängemöglichkeit im Bad. Frühstück sehr spartanisch, immer das selbe jeden Morgen, Kaffee nicht genießbar, wartest du sehr oft auf Teller u Tassen, Speisen qualitativ mittelmäßig u vieles mehr .

Rummet behöver en aning uppgradering skulle jag nog säga. Lobbyn väldigt fin men rummen matchar inte resten av hotellet. Känns väldigt opersonligt

Le petit déjeuner était décevant. Très peu de choix et des options non qualitatives. Du moisi sur la literie.

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und keine Lösung gefunden. Schwimmbad war verschmutzen und Aufzug ist immer Außer Betrieb. Ich empfehle es nicht .

Hôtel décevant par rapport au photo, service mauvais, l’interrupteur des lumière de la salle de bain était cassé, décollé complètement du mur et elle marcher une fois sur deux. Nous l’avons signaler à la réception pour changer de chambre finalement il n’en n’avais plus et elle nous a dis d’attendre le technicien. Au final il n’est donc jamais venu après nos multiples relances. La lumière restera inchangée, celle du miroir de marcher même pas, dans la salle de bain nous avons l’impression d’être dans une grotte on ne voyait rien.

Poolen är en inomhuspool fast det stod utomhuspool vid bokning. Hissar var trasiga, den ena helt trasig och den andra reagerade på övervikt långt under vad som angavs som maxvikt, vilket ledde till att det blev hisskö. Toaletten dålig. Spat hade inte de behandlingar som anges. Frukosten var ok men inte mer än så. Sängarna var helt ok. På vår balkong gick däremot inte lampan att tända. Området Vlore var dock trevligt, hög puls där vi bodde.

Good , clean , central location

There is some construction going on in the area and there is noise going on but can’t beat this location. had water view but most importantly it was right next to the most historic place- Ismail Qemali House 🇦🇱

Excellent location. Amazing view from the room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good service. There should be more outlets in the room. Toilet paper was far away from the toilet seat. Emergency exit to the stairs on the 5th floor was not identified.
