The young lady working as the cook/outside-inside service personnel near the pool has a excellent work attitude and personality when interacting with guests.

This hotel was better than I expected. We stopped there on the way to a Royal Caribbean cruise and was very happy with the hotel. No phone in the room, but WiFi, TV, hot and cold water, nice Aircon, nice bed, no usb outlets so bring your own charger, there are regular two prong outlets. If you are bringing a laptop, bring a 3 prong adaptor.

Schon ziemlich runtergekommen. Im Frühstücksraum tropfte es von der Decke. Laute schreckliche Musik beim Frühstück was jetzt auch nicht so toll war. Die Lage direkt am Meer wo man die Schiffe beobachten kann ist schon ziemlich cool. Man sollte da mal ein paar Tausender investieren lohnt sich mit Sicherheit

It looks pretty from the outside but it’s all superficial. The rooms are typical basic Latam rooms. There were only two outlets in the room and none near the beds.

I left in the middle of the night. No bathrooms. Too noisy Too many people knocking on random doors

historic building that housed the officials overseeing the building of the canal. Apparently it is owned by the City of Colon which is missing opporunities to make this more appealing. Staff speak only Spanish (though electronic translation devices got us what we needed). Best choice, though, near cruise ships

Booking in the staff member spoke no English which was a problem. Eventually we gained access to our rooms which were clean The shower was cold and the soap was so cheap it would not lather The towels had holes in them Otherwise OK Expensive for the standard delivered We used only one of the 3 double beds The zircon worked well

This hotel is completely run down, very interesting history as it's built in 1912, but completely neglected. The neighborhood is also not great. Unfortunate that such a historic place is being lost.

El hotel bien, la habitación bien, check in bien, la piscina se veía sucia, una señora del personal del desayuno muy mal para atender a los huéspedes. Estaba ubicado muy cerca de la zona libre de Colón.

La habitación estaba implacable

Como lo acaban de remodelar. La habitación limpia y con sábanas nuevas. El desayuno básico, pero suficiente, deberían tener más opciones diarias.

Puntos a considerar. Hay habitaciones con balcon compartido. Y no trae caja fuerte. La habitación incluye nevera y accesorios de aseo (toalla, jabon, shampoo). Todo bastante limpio.

Los cobertores sucios, el baño no tenia tapa el registro, un hueco en la coladera de la bañera. El hotel muy antiguo, la zona igual muy insegura.
