Booking in the staff member spoke no English which was a problem. Eventually we gained access to our rooms which were clean The shower was cold and the soap was so cheap it would not lather The towels had holes in them Otherwise OK Expensive for the standard delivered We used only one of the 3 double beds The zircon worked well

This hotel is completely run down, very interesting history as it's built in 1912, but completely neglected. The neighborhood is also not great. Unfortunate that such a historic place is being lost.

El hotel bien, la habitación bien, check in bien, la piscina se veía sucia, una señora del personal del desayuno muy mal para atender a los huéspedes. Estaba ubicado muy cerca de la zona libre de Colón.

La habitación estaba implacable

Como lo acaban de remodelar. La habitación limpia y con sábanas nuevas. El desayuno básico, pero suficiente, deberían tener más opciones diarias.

Puntos a considerar. Hay habitaciones con balcon compartido. Y no trae caja fuerte. La habitación incluye nevera y accesorios de aseo (toalla, jabon, shampoo). Todo bastante limpio.

Los cobertores sucios, el baño no tenia tapa el registro, un hueco en la coladera de la bañera. El hotel muy antiguo, la zona igual muy insegura.

Property was under construction. No hot water.

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, pero las instalaciones no se les ha dado mantenimiento y se ven un poco deterioradas por la humedad.

El mayor negativo es la comida de desayuno, la cual fue malísima, desde el café hasta los platos.

Habían cucarachas. No cuenta con desayuno. Muestran como si fuera con playa pero no la tienen. La piscina es muy onda y no apta para personas que no sepan nadar.

Esta un poco deteriorado es muy antiguo. Lo salva el personal que es muy amable

This hotel should be demolished to the ground and start over horrible conditions. We were checking out and the maid came in while we were at breakfast and made the bed without changing the sheets. Toilet seat is not attached to toilet horrible place
