子供たち全員を連れて行きましたが、とても家族向けの雰囲気でした。ワイヤレス充電器があったのもお忘れなく。充電器を忘れてしまったので、とても助かりました。

部屋は広く、朝食も美味しかったです

このホテルに宿泊してとても満足しました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、良いサービスを提供していただきありがとうございました。今後もこのホテルに宿泊するつもりです。

残念なことに、予約時に清潔な部屋と清潔なタオルをリクエストしていたのに、汚い部屋、汚いバスルーム、汚いタオルしか提供されませんでした。期待をはるかに下回っています。ハウスキーピングは掃除を怠り、やはり汚いです。タオルの交換をお願いしましたが、最後まで新しいタオルはもらえませんでした。🤬。

地下駐車場は限られているため、ホテルの外に車を停めなければなりませんでした。部屋はまあまあで、アイロンも用意されていて、バスタブもありましたが、照明が少し暗かったです。朝食は素晴らしかったです。食べ物もたくさんあり、座るスペースも広かったです。

The accommodation looks exactly like the picture. It is comfy, spacious and clean. The room is really big with bathtub. Suitable for family.

Like the breakfast. Plenty of choices with egg counter. Room service until 3am! So no worries if suddenly hungry midnight. Room a bit old, TV small, sound proof not good. Can hear neighbor room TV noise. Water pressure not strong enough. No toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush given. 4 lifts and is fast. Friendly, helpful and polite reception and bellboy.

Bilik lama, perabut lama, suasana bilik kusam kelam macam dalam horror movie tuala pun lama dah macam kain buruk Bath Tub tak berfungsi dengan baik. Cerek masak air dah tercabut Iron tak panas. View air sungai yang menyakitkan mata. The good thing about this hotel is food. Staff tak paham & susah nak berkomunikasi walau pun saya cakap melayu

Hotel facilities are very old. Carpet in the room feels dirty, and looks like it hasn't changed for a very long time. Yes, there was a river view, but the river looks dirty. The only good thing here is they had good hospitality.

I have encountered bad experience here until I had changed 3 rooms within 3 nights. First room, the pipe sound too obvious, changed room at 11pm. Second room, the air cond button went wrong and air cond not functioning at 6am. Request technician to repair from 3pm-5pm, nobody come. Changed to third room, much better, just ants are around on tables. Seriously affected my rest and work performance. Not recommended if you are here for work.

I have to say that the hotel staff at Grand Riverview Hotel is very polite and welcoming. Kudos to all the hotel staff. I understand that the hotel is not new and can't expect more but we hope the management can review and make some adjustments to the room rate because of the condition with an unpleasant smell at the toilet. Secondly, you may also need to review the room service price which seems too expensive with the way of cooking and the food presentation is unacceptable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope the hotel management can make some improvements for the better. Thank you.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The workers are polite and very helpful. Such a nice and pleasant hotel. Very hope to come again soon.

Love the large bed and the cleanliness of the room. I wish they upgrade the old look. Probably will be better. The food is great. The pricing just right.
