素敵なホテルでした

洗面所（手洗いなど）の水の出が少なく洗濯するのに時間が倍以上掛かる。 シャワーの方はまぁまぁの水量がでる。 朝食はお粗末？これはコロンビア全般的！

部屋は天井が高く、コロニアル調のとても素敵な部屋でした。部屋の香りやアメニティにも気を使ってありました。朝食は沢山のフルーツを選ぶことができたし、卵料理も好きな具材で調理してくれました。コーヒーは最高に美味しかったです。ホテルの人の気配りもとてもよかったです。値段の割にとても質のよいホテルでした。ロケーションはシモンボリバル広場まで徒歩一分で観光にとても便利な場所でした。

Lovely character hotel, with two very good restaurants and pool and spa areas.

The room was clean, the staff was great. We really enjoy our stay!

It’s an old style hotel with its quirks. My room was large, comfortable and well layes out. Breakfast was terrific and location fantastic,

The Hotel is wonderful. With a somewhat rustic colonial atmoshere but very modern fixture; the nature lighting is amazing. I loved the entire experience and recommend it highly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Great bfast

La ubicación del hotel es ideal para llegar caminando a todos los puntos turísticos. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, dedo resaltar el servicio del botones Oswaldo, todo el tiempo fue de mucha ayuda. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el ruido entre las habitaciones, el material con el que están separados los cuartos es ligero por lo que escuchábamos a los vecinos todo el tiempo.

The staff was always helpful, polite and upbeat. The hotel itself I thought was beautifully unique with the high ceilings, to the cool balconies - drinking my coffee out there in the morning watching as the clouds lifted over the Andes. It's close to everything, and the restaurants nearby are all great. I enjoyed my stay very much - I'll be back :-)

Quarto confortável e funcionários simpáticos e muito atenciosos. Café da manhã variado e muito saboroso, com frutas frescas e diversas. Senti falta no banheiro de um apoio no interior do box para os produtos de higiene do hospede.

Quarto grande com cama confortável, wi-fi funcionando muito bem. Café da manhã com boa variedade de itens e muito bem servido. Ae condicionado é que não estava funcionando mas não fez falta porque o clima está ameno.
