素敵なホテルでした

洗面所（手洗いなど）の水の出が少なく洗濯するのに時間が倍以上掛かる。 シャワーの方はまぁまぁの水量がでる。 朝食はお粗末？これはコロンビア全般的！

部屋は天井が高く、コロニアル調のとても素敵な部屋でした。部屋の香りやアメニティにも気を使ってありました。朝食は沢山のフルーツを選ぶことができたし、卵料理も好きな具材で調理してくれました。コーヒーは最高に美味しかったです。ホテルの人の気配りもとてもよかったです。値段の割にとても質のよいホテルでした。ロケーションはシモンボリバル広場まで徒歩一分で観光にとても便利な場所でした。

Elegimos el hotel por la ubicación y los servicios. Desgraciadamente los lunes no funciona el spa ni el restaurante de la terraza. Aún así, considero que tiene una buena relación calidad precio.

They did a great job with me

Better than expected. Lovely staff and great location. King room very spacious and lovely. Breakfast very good.

Toilet didn’t flush easily. Taps were shaky. Top floor Restaurant food was not good. Hotel has seen better days. Spa towels were ripped. And the spa doesn’t have robes for any size other than small. Really disappointing.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building. The breakfast was great. Both restaurants for dinner were excellent. The fitness gym was very small. The pool, sauna, steam room were fantastic. Our room was on the first floor - near the breakfast area - it was noisy starting at 6 AM. The outside shutters on our windows had cracks in them that let a lot of light come in all night long due to street lights outside. We hung a spare blanket over the cracks to make the room a little darker at night so we could sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect.

Le spa était très agreable et inclus dans le prix de l’hébergement. Personnel très gentil et efficace. Transfert de et vers l’aéroport sans soucis. Literie excellente et lit king size immense (2m x 2m!)

Great hotel, clean and pleasant; perfect location for the historic quarters of town. Specially good was the breakfast. Personnel are good, efficient and attentive all the way. They make you feel welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel with a large room in the centre of the historic area but we arrived at 9.30pm and the restaurant and room service were closed and the only food was tinned sausages and chips at the mini bar. The breakfast was sub par.
