素敵なホテルでした

洗面所（手洗いなど）の水の出が少なく洗濯するのに時間が倍以上掛かる。 シャワーの方はまぁまぁの水量がでる。 朝食はお粗末？これはコロンビア全般的！

部屋は天井が高く、コロニアル調のとても素敵な部屋でした。部屋の香りやアメニティにも気を使ってありました。朝食は沢山のフルーツを選ぶことができたし、卵料理も好きな具材で調理してくれました。コーヒーは最高に美味しかったです。ホテルの人の気配りもとてもよかったです。値段の割にとても質のよいホテルでした。ロケーションはシモンボリバル広場まで徒歩一分で観光にとても便利な場所でした。

The staff was always helpful, polite and upbeat. The hotel itself I thought was beautifully unique with the high ceilings, to the cool balconies - drinking my coffee out there in the morning watching as the clouds lifted over the Andes. It's close to everything, and the restaurants nearby are all great. I enjoyed my stay very much - I'll be back :-)

Quarto confortável e funcionários simpáticos e muito atenciosos. Café da manhã variado e muito saboroso, com frutas frescas e diversas. Senti falta no banheiro de um apoio no interior do box para os produtos de higiene do hospede.

Quarto grande com cama confortável, wi-fi funcionando muito bem. Café da manhã com boa variedade de itens e muito bem servido. Ae condicionado é que não estava funcionando mas não fez falta porque o clima está ameno.

It was in the most central location. Loved our room size plus the view was very nice. Although the room or property is not completely modern or updated, we loved its charm. Breakfast was good. The staff helped us with luggage, finding taxi or get a local guide.

Elegimos el hotel por la ubicación y los servicios. Desgraciadamente los lunes no funciona el spa ni el restaurante de la terraza. Aún así, considero que tiene una buena relación calidad precio.

They did a great job with me

Better than expected. Lovely staff and great location. King room very spacious and lovely. Breakfast very good.

Toilet didn’t flush easily. Taps were shaky. Top floor Restaurant food was not good. Hotel has seen better days. Spa towels were ripped. And the spa doesn’t have robes for any size other than small. Really disappointing.

Todos en recepción muy amables y serviciales.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building. The breakfast was great. Both restaurants for dinner were excellent. The fitness gym was very small. The pool, sauna, steam room were fantastic. Our room was on the first floor - near the breakfast area - it was noisy starting at 6 AM. The outside shutters on our windows had cracks in them that let a lot of light come in all night long due to street lights outside. We hung a spare blanket over the cracks to make the room a little darker at night so we could sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect.
