部屋の快適さ、立地、サービス、スタッフのホスピタリティ全て最高でした！カプリで良い思い出ができました。

チェックイン時にウェルカムドリンクとスイーツを頂いた屋上のテラスがすごく開放的で素敵だった。景観は抜群。 カプリにもマリーナグランデにも近く、無料送迎つきなので快適に過ごせると思います。

スタッフはセイロンの方たちで丁寧でジェントルでした。 夕食はメニュー少なくお勧めできませんが、朝食はなかなかでした。

とても可愛く、清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです！何より、スタッフがとても親切で色々とお世話もしていただき、最高の旅になりました。またカプリを訪れるときはこちらを利用したいと思います！

ホテルに到着したときのフロントの方の握手での対応　家族での経営であることの説明がアットホームな感じでよかった。　１泊だけの滞在だったが次の日のナポリまでの移動の相談にも快く応じてくれ満足です。　　ただ、たくさん用意されているタオルのひとつに汚れがあったこと、窓からの眺望がなかったのが残念。

坂の多いカプリ島にあって、フェリー乗り場から歩いて５分くらいの位置にあり、またＴＥＬをすればホテルの車が迎えに来てくれる便利さは気が利いている。

今後、宿泊を考えている方の為にコメントします。 ホテルは船着場から斜め右方向から登って行きますが、それ程遠くはありませんし、バス（カプリ行き）も走っています。 私は近くの土産物屋で地元の小さいものを買って、ホテルにピックアップの電話をしてもらいました。優しい人が多いので、頼んでも大丈夫です。 ホテルのチェックイン時に地図を渡され、カプリ島の細かい説明があります。 レセプションの方、ドライバーの方、ホテルで働いている皆さんはすべて感じがいい人達です。部屋からは海が見え、船着場からカプリに続く道路はすぐ側ですが、静かでいい滞在が出来ました。 ホテル自体はそれ程新しくは無いのかも知れませんが、綺麗に掃除されて可愛いお部屋です。 後、食事はまあまあ、浴室は綺麗でしたが、バスタブはありませんでした。 丁度、お隣の部屋では日本人の新婚さん（？）が宿泊されていました。

スタッフの方々は一生懸命で、サービスは良いのですが、ホテルの洗練されたものではなく、どちらかというと日本の民宿のそれに近いです。高級リゾート地のカプリにおいては、異質と言えるかもしれません。 ホテルそのものに不満はなく、CPとしては良いと思います。 しかし立地の中途半端さは否定できません。街や港までは送迎してくれるのですが、車が一台なのでどうしても１０分、２０分待つことになります。いかにも日本人的な発想ではありますが、何度も出かけたりするのは申し訳なくなってきます。 １週間くらい滞在するのなら良いかもしれませんが、１泊２泊の時間に余裕のない旅であれば、カプリやアナカプリの徒歩圏内のほうがいいでしょう。

Our stay at the Luxury Villa Excelsior in Capri was one of the highlights of our trip, and we were so sad to leave! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The location was perfect—easy to reach by boat, yet tucked away from the crowds. It was so peaceful and relaxing. When we arrived, Emanuel and Gaia greeted us with such warmth and kindness. They immediately made us feel at home and were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. One of the things we appreciated was the hotel's driver service. Being able to call for a ride to and from the shopping and dining areas made everything so easy and stress-free. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful grounds, elegant design, and tranquil atmosphere made it feel less like a hotel and more like our own private villa in Capri. Another highlight was the food. Breakfast every morning was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It felt like a gourmet dining experience to start each day. We absolutely loved our stay. We hope we can return again soon!!!

Fantastic! We will return to this special property. The friendly, helpful and professional staff alone is reason to return. Add to the a beautiful, historic and interesting building with a beautiful garden terrace, pool and bar and a restaurant that serves delicious well prepared meals make this hotel a “must” on Capri.

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no hotel. Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos por toda a equipe, sempre atenciosa, gentil e extremamente profissional. O serviço de motorista fez toda a diferença, trazendo muita comodidade e facilitando nossos deslocamentos pela ilha. O hotel é simplesmente encantador, com uma vista linda que torna a estadia ainda mais especial. Além disso, o café da manhã é excelente, com ótimas opções e tudo muito bem preparado. Agradecemos sinceramente a toda a equipe por tornarem nossos dias em Capri inesquecíveis. Com certeza voltaríamos e recomendamos a experiência!

We stayed at Villa Exelsior during our honeymoon and it was truly a 10/10 experience! Our room had a sunning view of the mountains and sea, we had breakfast brought up to our room every morning and the staff were incredible attentive. They helped us with restaurant reservations and activities. The pool area is also stunning. We felt so at home during our stay and didn't want to leave!!
