元々近所に住んていたことがあり、このホテルの立地の良さは知っていた。モールが歩いてすぐなので買い物や食事、スーパーへの買い出しにはとても便利。ホテルのベルマンが出迎えてくれるがすぐに顔を覚えてくれてホテルに戻ってくると笑顔で挨拶してくれてドアをスッと開け出迎えてくれるホスピタリティー抜群のホテル。唯一、部屋が狭いこと、景色は広い道路側か、中層階まではホテルの後ろ側のレジデンシャルの棟と隣接した側になるのでカーテンを全開に開けられない。隣の音が漏れやすいようだが、うるさい場合はフロントに言えばすぐに対応してくれる。ホスピタリティに溢れている高級感のあるホテルです。週末はパーティーが多いようなので、早く寝たい方は遅めの時間までホテル内が活気があるのでご注意を。

The property was lovely, a little more business/office building area but a nice mall next door & fun food options. The room was comfortable & the bathroom was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

It was an amazing experience

The hotel is very good , we stayed 6 nights. The only problem is the elevator, during our stay only ONE out of 4 is working. A 5 star hotel can not fix elevators for a week !!!

O atendimento da recepção no check out foi muito ruim , o hotéis.com me informou na reserva que tinha direito ao café da manhã , quando cheguei lá me informaram que eram 100 dólares por dia , não o café completo conforme informado , após isso me informaram que teríamos 20 dólares para gastar com o que quiser no bar , ou restaurante , no check out já disseram que era só em bebidas , após isso no nosso check out veio uma conta que não consumimos e pedi para checar minha assinatura e eles demoraram muito e tive que ir pois estava corrido para o horário do meu voo então eles ficaram de me passar um e-mail e até agora debitaram o valor de 290 dólares de uma conta que não consumi e está debitado junto ao meu cartão , fora que me cobraram uma taxa diária de 40 dólares de área urbana fora o estacionamento que já é quase 72 dólares fora os impostos altos , mas o Mais absurdo é me cobrarem uma conta que não consumi e ainda está debitado no meu cartão e não me passaram nenhum email com resposta . Estou no aguardo até agora do valor correto que consumi no meu cartão .

While listed as dog friendly there’s really no where within short proximity to let the dogs out for grass/bathroom area. Additionally we do not like being forced to have a bell hop do our luggage. If we’d like to take our bags from our room to the car because we have pets in the room and it’s easier for us we should be able to. Being told a person has to come to the room , therefore we have to leash the dogs up so they can come load our bags and take it to the car then stand there for a tip is not a positive client experience. Hotel is immaculate on cleanliness and a beautiful property, but we would not term it “pet friendly” as advertised

Amazing! Everything from the staff to the amenities and proximity to restaurants and museums! Ten out of ten!!!

The front desk and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bartenders by the pool were very nice and accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel was ok and breakfast was very overpriced. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the mall.

Ashley and the front desk staff were nice, but other than that the stay was a disappointment especially for the price. The air conditioner did not work in our room so a maintenance guy had to come at midnight to fix it. It took forever for the room to cool down (it was blowing hot air). Rather than comp our room, the unhelpful night manager said he'd remove the taxes from our bill. What a gesture! We pay $500+ for a night's stay, get no sleep, are miserable and uncomfortable...but at least we didn't have to par a room tax! And expect to wait 30 minutes to get your car from valet, even on a Sunday morning when there's no line! Such a disappointment.
