設備やスタッフの対応、朝食等、ホテル自体に不満はない。バスターミナル最寄りの好立地とはトレードオフなのかもしれないが、周辺の交通量が多く、バイクや大型車両のやや気になった。

タルトゥのバスターミナルの真向かいにあります。早い時間から荷物を預かってくれますし、ホテルのスタッフは親切で助かりました。室内のアメニティは最低限ですし、シャワーとトイレにカーテンの仕切りしかないのでバスルームの床が水浸しになりがちですが、寝るためだけの場所でよければ十分だと思います。

移動途中に利用したので、とにかくバスターミナルが目の前というのが助かりました。 しかもそのすぐ向かいにはショッピングセンター？があり、食事にも困らず良かったです。 旧市街も徒歩圏内です。

従業員が今まで経験した事のないくらい無愛想

TARTU MARATON (タルツマラソン)参加のために宿泊。 バスターミナル前で便利。10年前とくらべ、バスターミナル前や通り向こう側にもショッピングセンターがあり、食料品購入に関して、遅くまで営業して便利。朝食は８時からなので大会参加者用にランチボックスを用意してくれた。 ホテルでは無線LANはフリー（エストニアはほとんど公共の場所で無料のWIFIがある）。

Don’t judge this hotel from the outside. Inside, the room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice assortment of foods and dinner was good and reasonably priced. Front lobby had some comfy couches. Only negative I could say is the hallways look dark and dingy but room was great. They accommodated our service dog. We did not use the sauna as the free times were way too early.

Voor de prijs (110 euro/nacht incl ontbijt) was de kamer zeer ruim. Ik had geluk dat ik een nieuwe kamer kreeg op 5de verdiep. Daar is een plankenvloer in plaats van tapijt, nuttig voor mensen met allergie. Het was stil, geen autolawaai, ondanks de ligging. Behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie. Verder is het vooral een hotel voor grote groepen. 's Morgens is de sauna en jacuzzi gratis. Genoten van jacuzzi. Het ontbijt is van lage kwaliteit, jammer voor een ontbijtliefhebber zoals mezelf.

We booked two rooms with air conditioning. However, neither of the rooms we were given had working air conditioning. They both had a/c units installed, but the units wouldn't turn on. The person at the front desk came to take a look, and just explained that the a/c doesn't work in that part of the building. They offered us a free sauna voucher for the inconvenience, which we declined as we would not have had the chance to use it during our stay. After that, we received zero contact attempts from the staff to try and rectify the situation, despite clearly stating we were extremely unhappy and would absolutely not have booked rooms at this hotel, had we known about the air conditioning. There were quite a few smaller issues with the stay as well, but the false advertising considering the room was definitely the worst for us. We will absolutely not be staying at this establishment again, nor will we recommend doing so to anyone else. It might be an okay place to stay at for a much lower price point, but is nowhere near worth the price we paid.

Clean room with lot of space, close to downtown with lot's of amenities, good restaurant in hotel and for breakfast; but hallways a little dirty and sad.
