チェックインの時、70数€を求められた。デポジットか？と聞くがはっきり答えず。仕方ないので支払った。領収書はくれなかった。チェックアウトの時に返して欲しいというが、あれは宿泊代だ、と女性が言う。 私は今年初めに予約した時にクレジットカードで支払ったはず。 二重に宿泊料を取られた。 ポルトガル語は分からず、英語も少ししか話せないので、これで終わった。 だから日本人はダメなんだと言われるが、言葉が通じないのは悲しい。

Considering the rate, this hotel is very good and recommending. 5minutes walk from Aveiro station is very convenient. Staff were very kind and friendly. Although hotel is little far from tourist spot, the bus stop to Costa Nova is just minutes away. Overall this hotel is satisfying as what you expect for three star hotel.

A little supermarket across from the hotel. 15 minutes walk to downtown but 3 minutes to the train station. That bathroom was good and enough hot water for 3 ppl to have shower.

きれいなホテルで特に問題なし。

部屋は広いし、駅に近い。中心地まではかなりある。 朝食が9ユーロだったが、温かいものがスクランブルエッグとベーコンだけ。前日のホテルが同じ9ユーロで随分美味しかったのでがっでした。

駅から近いです。ホテルの向かいに小さなスーパーマーケットがあり、便利です。 街の中心へは徒歩圏内。 リスボンからポルトへ移動する途中で宿泊しましたが、アヴェイロとポルトは、他の町より涼しくて過ごしやすかったです。

駅に近く、荷物を持った移動には便利でした。雰囲気のある建物で客室も清潔に保たれ快適に過ごせました。チェックイン時の対応もスムーズでした。

一泊のみだったので、駅近くのホテル、Venezaホテルに滞在しました。 夜はバーでポートワインを購入し、テラスでゆっくりしました。 観光スポットまでは、歩いて15分くらいですし、とても便利なホテルでした。 機会があれば、是非またこのホテルに宿泊したいです。

Clean and very helpful staff.

Our stay at the Veneza Hotel was great. The charm of this hotel is very nice. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The charm associated with the decor and art displayed on the walls was very inviting. The court yard with the nice fish pond and quiet place to sit and read if desired. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, an easy walk to old town and the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the nice stay.

The room was very clean and smell really nice. It was the best smelling room in all the places that I stayed so far in Portugal under usd 100.00. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh but a little less options than expected. However, it is what most other hotels prepare unless high end. I wouldn't penalize them for that. It is adequate for most people to start the day. They are very close to all the spots of attraction. I really liked that. I slept, I ate and I left. They can get a 5 star for the price. I wish other hotels were as similar overall.
