Very kind staffs and clean rooms. I want to be back again.

布団がなくてシーツで寝ました。設備が本当に最低限です。 コンシェルジュが夜はいなく、ホラーハウスのように廊下も室内も真っ暗です。 場所も分かりづらい上にドアの開け閉めがしづらい。スタッフもいないので、設備もサービスも最低評価させていただきました。

Falta de colgador donde colocar las cosas de baño en la ducha. Los mandos invitación de época son bonitos, pero incómodos para los que estamos acostumbrados a los monomandos y termostáticos desde hace años. El accesorio junto a la pila del baño, totalmente insuficiente para colocar las cosas de aseo. La recepción, aunque muy limitada en tiempo 8.30 a 14.30, eran atentos.

Amazing super friendly and helpful

We arrived on a rainy day so we were desperate to get to our room. We carried our luggage up the stairs and immediately found the staff. We arrived couple hours early but luckily our room was ready. Staff was nice. We had room 13 which is the first door across from reception desk. Very convenient and we felt safe. The room was nice. Exactly as imagined. The only thing i did not like was the heater in the bathroom. Way too hot. The room gave me a headache the whole time i was there. I think it was because of the heat everytime the bathroom door opened. The garden windows were right next to our room we thought that was nice until the evening hit and People were smoking at the gardens and talking all night so we couldnt really keep windows open. Other than that awesome quick overnight stay. Everything needed is walking distance to shopping, eating, busses and water taxis. The hotel was also nice to let us borrow umbrella for the evening rain.

Los dueños son muy amables. La habitación muy grande. No es recomendable si viajas con mucho equipaje

Venice , is a beautiful and lively city. It has a blend of old constructions mixed with a colourful canal that runs through and around it. Casa Martini , is discrete , clean , well situated , and managed by a top notch management team, geared toward making your stay most agreable as possible.

Very conveniently located, 7 minute walk from the train station and ferry. Extremely friendly staff. We arrived after checkout and found our keys and room with ease. Visited the front desk in the morning to complete remaining checkin process. Great stay

If you’re looking for a place that is out of the busy busy areas this is the place! Quiet and safe area. Super nice staff. Room was clean. Was within 15-30mins walk to any sort of attraction. Was perfect as you get to see all the hidden gems during your walk around. Would definitely highly recommend. We will be staying when we ever come back!

I really want to thanks for the front team Especially Alberto, he explain the history of the hotel and the attractions in Venetia and the Burance ferry stations. Also thanks Tiata or Kiata?, she is so smart that she called me back on my cell phone and made the reservation very smooth. They are very nice people and I love the traditional decorations of the hotel so sweet like a home. I will definitely recommend this hotel and for sure I am coming back to Venetia and I will bring my family and other girl friends in the future! Thank you all. All the best! 😄😍

Fue muy sencillo el check in, antes de llegar envían un email con todas las indicaciones bien detalladas, la habitación muy limpia y acogedora, el personal de recepción súper amable, ningún comentario negativo a mi parecer, fue más de lo que esperábamos.

Hotel was ok. You get what you pay for. Positives: Close to the Train station Clean room and hotel Negatives: No fridge in room Not allowed to eat in room Partial door to shower We had a leak from AC machine to the bed and had to pull the bed out. No proper reception
