駅からやや遠いが公共のバスが簡単かつ分かりやすく利用出来たので、特に不便は感じなかった。室内は清潔で見晴らしも良く、浴室設備はとても満足した。

This hotel is located a few minutes from the train station, only a few bus stops away. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. However, the staff in the dining room was disappointing.

This hotel does not have enough parking and when we returned for the night we could not park out car and the front desk person was not at the hotel and did not answer the phone (another couple had the same problem at the same time) I had to go into the restaurant and one of the staff moved her car for us so we could park! (What a wonderful person!) The guy from the front desk finally returned and really did not care about our problem. Nice hotel is you do not have a car and do not require help from the front desk !

We had a wonderful weekend.

Property was very unique and comfortable. Nice size room with king size bed and beautiful sitting area with large glass windows overlooking the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. About a 25 minute walk to center of town.

We loved our stay, the included breakfast and travel passes made it convenient to see so much!

O hotel está super bem localizado, o quarto que ficamos super espaçoso e confortável também. O restaurante do jantar tem excelentes opções para o jantar.

This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars. We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars! The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…). We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was delicious. The hotel staff was amazing. They helped us figure out the best places to go, when to go and how to get there. They were so friendly and just wonderful! You can not go wrong if you book this hotel. We can’t wait to come back.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Wir haben kürzlich zwei Zimmer in Ihrem Hotel reserviert. Leider konnten nicht alle Personen den Aufenthalt wie geplant wahrnehmen. In einem der Doppelzimmer war lediglich eine Person während drei von vier Nächten anwesend. Dass das Zimmer vollständig in Rechnung gestellt wurde, war für uns selbstverständlich. Allerdings wären wir für einen kulanten Abzug für das nicht eingenommene Frühstück sehr dankbar gewesen – schliesslich wurde diese Leistung nicht beansprucht. Zudem konnten wir am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts leider keine Skitickets mehr bei Ihnen beziehen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass diese zwingend am ersten Tag gelöst werden müssen. Umso erstaunter waren wir, als unsere Schwester, die ein paar Tage nach uns bei Ihnen war, ihre Tickets problemlos vor Ort kaufen konnte. Wir schätzen Ihr Haus sehr und möchten Ihnen dieses Feedback als Anregung mitgeben. Für eine kurze Rückmeldung danken wir Ihnen im Voraus.
