フレンドリーなホテルスタッフ、清潔で快適な客室、美味しい朝食、観光スポットに近い

建物に面した部屋だったけど、良くなかった。人が歩いている音が聞こえて、寝にくかった。朝食もあまり価値がなかった。

支払った金額と得られるものは同じです。これまでのところは良いのですが、唯一残念なのは、ホテルの前に直接駐車できないことです。スイートルームを予約したゲストのみ駐車でき、通常の部屋のゲストの場合は遠くに駐車する必要があります。

滞在中は素晴らしい朝食をいただきました。魅力的な場所に一番近いです。

市内の戦略的なロケーション。観光スポットにもとても近く、歩いてすぐ行けます。朝食は種類が豊富で、カフェで買ったアサムペダスが本当に美味しかったです。ただ、防音対策が少し足りません。また泊まりたいです。

立地はとても良いです。両親もこのホテルに泊まって満足しています。

チェックイン時のスタッフは親切で丁寧でした。部屋を間違えて案内されましたが、予約通りの部屋に変更してくれました。部屋は広々としていてベッドも快適でしたが、バスルーム前の照明が壊れていて消せませんでした。明るすぎて夜眠れませんでした。トイレの引き戸には大きな隙間がありました。シャワーの水圧もあまり良くありませんでした。全体的に短期滞在には適しており、象徴的なメナラ・タミング・サリや近隣のモールまで徒歩圏内なので、立地も理想的です。

滞在中はとても満足で、快適に過ごせました。次回マラッカを訪れる際は、必ずこのホテルを選びます。セリコスタホテルとスタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました。

We arrived from hours of travelling to Malacca, we were very disappointed with the slow service by the receptionist. You have to buy parking coupon to park at the front of the hotel. The toilet was dirty with stain and water pressure was very slow. When we arrived at the room, the towels were not provided even though we followed their rule to enter the room at 3pm. Very disappointed.

Bermula check in, receptionist tak mesra, bilik tak dibersihkan, lantai masih kotor dan tandas berbau, masa turun untuk breakfast, lobi gelap dan lampu tidak dibuka. Waktu breakfast jam 7, makanan tak ready, harap boleh tingkatkan lagi perkhidmatan.

Hot showers don't look good. The shower too small for hot water. No mirror inside the room, so I need to go to the toilet for the mirror. Breakfast is just reasonable for the price, and it ' s OK. Please improve room facilities.

Very friendly staff and clean room. Worth for money.

Unfriendly receptionist. Room and bathroom has smells and it ' s dirty with a lot of dust.

Baik untuk percutian singkat. Namun suasana hotel di lobby, laluan bilik & bilik tidur berbau kepam. Perlu tambah baik: haruman freshner. Ruang lobby menunggu dipasang penyaman udara. Panas untuk ruang santai. Makanan tiada tersedia desert seperti kuih/kek.

Bilik tak ada air panas,i dah noted i have a baby , minta tukar bilik lain tapi still yang tak ada air panas , so bad😔 Dirty too

Aircon kurang sejuk dan berhabuk. Langsir nipis bila cahaya masuk aircord lagi tak rasa ape-ape. Berpeluh-peluh dah malam baru sejuk ,😒
