Good We stayed over two nights at Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA in Burgasta city, Bulgaria. The hotel services, facilities were great. Good hospitality. The scenery from our room balcony was perfect even the night. The sunrise view also incredibly beautiful. The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly less varieties of vegetables, there are more sweets or deserts, I meant fatty acid foods. Unfortunately the coffee machine were not exiting on the restaurant. It was a little sad that I was expecting to have Bulgarian espresso, cappuccino or cafe latte in the morning. I would be delighted if the hotel might provided more varieties of vegetables and delicious Bulgarian espresso, cappuccino or cafe latte. I will try next time. Other than that, everything was great. I was concerned by some negative reviews, but honestly, I don’t know what people expect from an airport hotel. Complaining about the view? Seriously? Here is what I found. The airport shuttle was fast and efficient, easy to connect with and prompt. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. But are you ready for this? The shower was the BEST SHOWER WE HAD IN BULGARIA. Steaming hot with better pressure than we get at home. Sure, the room is tiny, the tv channels are lacking, there is zero “curb appeal”, but the wifi works fine and the price is beyond fair. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it for you unless you think you are going to a spa resort.

Front desk could not offer a currency exchange. The staff at the restaurant was less than friendly and the staff at the front desk was indifferent. The hotel itself was lovely in every detail. I would recommend the hotel. Just don’t expect the staff to be helpful or friendly.

This property was clean and in a great location. Hotel had everything you need. The gym had everything and one of the best gyms i have seen in a hotel. Indoor pool was a nice touch for the colder fall weather.

The Hotel has an excellent location. The front desk staff is young but very helpful. I had one meal which was not very good. Breakfast is good.

The grounds are beautiful and the location is excellent. 5 min walk to train and bus station right on the beach and next to the park and walking street. Rooms need upgrading.

First rate hotel

Not Up to 5-Star Standards The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation — definitely not what you’d expect from a 5-star property. While the private beach is a nice touch, the double sunbed mattresses were disappointing: they looked very dirty and were just covered with bedsheets, which felt unhygienic and off-putting. Overall, not worth the rating.

Expresso for 12 lev at the reception bar was a nit over the top.

Great stay. Staff was amazing. Svetlo went above and beyond to assist us. Will definitely be coming back to stay again on our next visit.

Clean , large room and balcony, beautiful lobby

Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! Also the Hotel is beautifully located with spectacular views of the sea and the sound of waves as you go to sleep!

Not 5stars for sure. But ok for summer vacation. Breakfast a la carte but staff needs to be smiling a little bit. Room a bit empty and some modernization needed.
