チェックインの時の男性スタッフはきちんとした丁寧な対応で（特別フレンドリーというわけではありませんが）したが、チェックアウトの時の女性スタッフは非常に愛想が悪くつっけんどんな態度で、後味が悪かったです。 駅の目の前でとても便利、中心地まで簡単に歩くこともできて、ロケーションは文句なし。 部屋はシンプルで、スイス独特のすっきり美しい感じはありません。

駅からも近いし、周辺を観光するのにお勧めなホテルです。

1/5〜7に滞在。駅の斜め前にあり、移動には便利な場所です。オフシーズンの土日ということもあり、街は年明けのお休みモードで殆ど閉まってました。スパは水着がないと入れないので入りませんでした。ホテルの窓から駅越しに山の上の城が見える部屋で、朝の霧に煙る城は幻想的です。部屋は清潔で温度も快適、1/6はEpifaniaにあたるため、私もお菓子を頂きました。

新しさだけでなく、家内と泊まって荷物を広げても、充分な広さがあった。駅から徒歩三十秒と近く、また駅にはキオスクがあり、アルコール、サンドウィッチなども購入出来た。

ロビーとお部屋は広くはないですが、モダンで清潔なので安心して泊まれました。駅の目の前ですが、電車などの騒音はまったく気になりませんでした。カルテルグランデもすぐ近くです。朝食は下のカフェでとります。

部屋は改修直後できれいでしたが、同じフロアーが改修中で廊下に資材が置いたままになっていました。

Man schläft sehr bequem und ruhig

I stayed two nights at this hotel. My room was a bit different than advertised. I had a skylight and a portal, so the room was large but a bit dark and with no view other than the sky. The furniture was a bit dated, but in good shape and the bed was comfortable, although the desk in my room was a bit damaged (laminate missing). However, the bathroom was newly renovated and very upscale which was nice. It was great to have a nice hot shower to soothe the muscles after hiking. Breakfast was also great--much better than I expected. Highly recommend paying the extra money. Finally, a bonus! The hotel comes with the Ticino pass, and I made excellent use of this. Overall, I would 100% stay again but would request a different room.

The hotell is nicely placed by the train and buss station. There is a short walk to the city center, but the staff were very helpful with tips on where to go. The room was quiet, clean, dealt big and in general good. The staff was happy to check us in early, and we got a free room upgrade.

Wahr gut bis sehr gut

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Das Hotel / die Stadt bietet ein kostenloses Ticket für den Bus so dass man die Stadt erkunden kann. Sauna war top! Abendessen war lecker und Frühstücksauswahl gut.

Friendly and very helpful staff

Very conveniently located near the station and all local transportation. Great hotel for a short stay in Bellinzona.

It was just for one night but hotel is very pleasant, 'feel good' and also good for a longer stay!

Very friendly and helpful welcome with lots of information about the visitor card and the hotel services available. Also advised my partner where to go when he needed a haircut. Food is very good but unfortunately my partner is coeliac and had only 1 item on menu suitable. Though breakfast was catered for gluten free needs.

Sehr freundlicher Check-in, Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig, Frühstück übersichtlich, Kaffee schrecklich, Service im Restaurant freundlich. Alles in Allem: Erwartungen erfüllt, Preis an der oberen Grenze

Da mein Mann kurzfristig geschäftlich reisen musste habe ich ein Zimmer bei euch gebucht. Als ich ankam hat man mir das Zimmer im Keller katapultiert.... keine Sicht und dunkel. Für dieses Geld war mir das Zimmer nicht wert. Wie sagt man...aus Fehlern lernt man. Also das nächste Mal ein anderes hotel.

War alles prima. Die Fernbedienung um das Dachfenster und Storen zu schließen oder öffnen war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Da braucht es ein IT-Experte um diese zu bedienen (trotz Anleitung) ... Unbedingt eine einfachere Lösung suchen.
