ロケーションが最高。湖上の温水プールも一種のインフィニティ・プールでシンガポールのマリーナ・ベイサンズよりいいかも⁈

レキクビューの部屋をリクエストしたのですが、両側に建物があり、湖の一部しか見えませんでした。一部でも見えたので契約違反ではないかも知れませんが、大変失望しました。

　エリア的に近辺のホテルにも、エアコンが有りません。かなり暑さがきつかったです。事前に知っていたので、6月の旅行にしたのですが、予想以上の暑さでした。

部屋からのレイクビューは素晴らしい。 バイキングの朝食も大変良い ヨーロッパの個人客中心で団体観光客がほとんどいないのがよい レストランのディナーもおいしく、個人の好みに合わせてくれてうれしかった

今回は2回目の滞在でした。バス亭、船乗り場からも数分、シャーフベルグ登山鉄道駅にも10分ほどでよいロケーションです。気温が16度くらいでしたが湖に浮かぶスイミングプールは寒くなく気持ちよくスイミングを楽しめました。プールジャグジーエリアに行くのにホテル内をバスローブとスリッパで歩けるのは日本的でうれしいです。また、バスタオルが部屋用のほか2枚用意されているのもうれしかったです。食事は、ホテルのレストランは高めですが、テラスの方はリーゾナブルなお値段で美味しいお料理が楽しめました。葡萄のつるがはう天井と湖水に手が届きそうなテーブル席はよい気持ちです。 今回、ザルツ、ミュンヘン間のＩＣＥがドイツの入国規制のためにすべてストップされてしまっていまして困りましたが、レセプションの方（うっかりお名前を忘れてしまいましたが若いテキパキとした女性）ミュンヘン行きルートの検索に大きな助けをいただき、これまたうれしいことでした。お陰様で安全に行くことができました。感謝してお礼を申し上げます。 また行きたいです。 今回、予約時に部屋のレイクビューの指定をし忘れて山側の部屋になっていたのを、湖側に取り換えを交渉しました。オペラ「白馬亭にて」に重ねながら過ごせたのも楽しかったです。

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, das Zimmer sehr sauber und ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Alles in allem einfach perfekt 👍

We spent a week here and wish it had been longer! The stunning mountains and lakes provide a back drop to a brilliant staff and service. Plenty to does at the Inn and the region without needing a car. Wonderful breakfast and dinner options at the Inn and take advantage of the daily activities listed in the Rossl Post. You made our Anniversary truly special. Thank you to Johann and Stephanie especially.

I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests happy and welcome and appreciated. I loved my driver to the Salzburg train station, it was the second time he’s driven me to get to the places I need to be to start my journey back to Florida. If I could figure out a way I would love to live in beautiful St. Wolfgang❤️❤️❤️

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, reichhaltiges Freizeitangebot, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels und das Ambiente am See ist hervorragend. Das Hotel ist nostalgisch.

All the staff we dealt with were great, but the hotel itself was definitely not value for money. It was confusing, difficult to navigate (we were told the incorrect lift to take which resulted in a long time trying to actually find our room). In the room there were several large cobwebs which were not removed during the entire week we stayed and dead bugs on the wall which had been clearly squashed by previous visitors also remained. The pillows were dreadful and had to be all stacked up on one side to be usable. One day the towels provided were fine, however the next day they were so small it might as well have been a hand towel. Overall, disappointing for the amount it cost, was expecting more luxury.
