フロントの方は大変親切でした。宿泊客の顔と部屋番号を、チェックイン翌日には覚えておられ、感心しました。 公共空間の内装が素晴らしく素敵でした。

窓は中庭とは言い難い小スペースに向かってありました。他の部屋も近いのでオープンにすることはありませんでしたが、外の喧騒から離れられて落ち着きました。 朝食もリーズナブルでパン、ハム、サラミ、チーズ、コーヒーはネスプレッソ、ジュース、シリアル、ナッツ類などコスパの良い朝食でした。ドアの鍵はコツがつかめずなかなかあきませんでしたが、通りすがりのスタッフが丁寧に教えてくれました。全治的にスタッフはいい人たちでした。駅から市内へのバス停も近くにあり便利です。ホテル前のバス停には駅からのバスは停まりません。近くの交差点手前の停留所で降りることをお勧めします。徒歩5分くらいだと思います。ドライヤーの風圧も良いし、寝泊まりだけを重視するのであれば大満足です。サラゴサに行くときはまたこのホテルにすると思います。

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación que reservamos es amplia. La ubicación es inmejorable, a unos pasos del Mercado Central de Zaragoza y la Muralla Romana, y pocas cuadras de la Catedral-Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar.

The location is excellent, easy access to the old town, the river, museums, historical buildings and the many tapas bars. Parking is not on site but conveniently close by. Room was spacious but in need of upgrading. The shower was above the bath, which is rather dated. The bedroom had no safe, coffee making facilities or small fridge. The hotel is undergoing a renovation process, consequently parts are really tasteful and beautifully decorated while other parts are still in progress.

Top service. The property is being renovated and is looking great. The breakfast on the 5th floor was excellent. Very well located. We will be back!

The property's location is outstanding. It's an excellent value. Not fancy, limited amenities but a solid place to stay. The staff was fantastic!

L'hotel est extrêmement bien placée. Parking a proximité. La chambre pas de toute jeunesse mais propre et calme..Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner donc nous n'evalurons pas. Toutefois l'hôtel est en cours de refection, très jolie et refait avec goût. Ambiance cosi avec petite musique douce. Tres agréable.

Excellent location in downtown for eating and walking around. Also there are very close Catholic Churches to attend

Lindo hotel con un design impecable y atención más que especial. Fuimos muy bien recibidos y asistidos tanto por Julio como por Rebeca, ambos extremadamente simpáticos y que seguramente fueron responsables por hacer con que la experiencia fuera inolvidable.

El desayuno muy bueno. El área muy grata, con una terraza para admirar la ciudad. El lobby es muy grande con diversas areas para relajarse o trabajar. Muy bien ubicado. A 5 minutos de la iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Pilar.

Level airlines canceled all flights two weeks before which caused chaos. Of course Hotels.com is all about the money not any focus on service any more at all. They claimed they tried to contact the hotel to get approval to cancel but could’ve reach them. I attempted to reach them too but no response. Disappointed in the communication with Expedia/Hotels.com.

The property is well situated with good access to car parking.

Exterior under construction, reception staff very good but their focus was a conference and appointments for future events. Very spartan rooms with one plastic chair and discouraged use of public space. Pretty but felt unwelcome.

Chic and rustic. Beautiful hotel even though parts of it was still under renovation. Great location as well!
