フロントの方は大変親切でした。宿泊客の顔と部屋番号を、チェックイン翌日には覚えておられ、感心しました。 公共空間の内装が素晴らしく素敵でした。

窓は中庭とは言い難い小スペースに向かってありました。他の部屋も近いのでオープンにすることはありませんでしたが、外の喧騒から離れられて落ち着きました。 朝食もリーズナブルでパン、ハム、サラミ、チーズ、コーヒーはネスプレッソ、ジュース、シリアル、ナッツ類などコスパの良い朝食でした。ドアの鍵はコツがつかめずなかなかあきませんでしたが、通りすがりのスタッフが丁寧に教えてくれました。全治的にスタッフはいい人たちでした。駅から市内へのバス停も近くにあり便利です。ホテル前のバス停には駅からのバスは停まりません。近くの交差点手前の停留所で降りることをお勧めします。徒歩5分くらいだと思います。ドライヤーの風圧も良いし、寝泊まりだけを重視するのであれば大満足です。サラゴサに行くときはまたこのホテルにすると思います。

The location is great as it is right next to the tram, and a short walk to some of the major sites in Zaragoza. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves are very simple and small, but if all you need is a clean and quiet place to stay that is convenient, this is a Very good choice.

Clean hotel and very nice staff. Air conditioning was lacking and bathrooms could use updating.

The hotel lobby and photos make it look luxurious and meanwhile the rooms are dated, dusty and dumpy.

Beautiful, extensive common space. Feels like an art gallery. Breakfast up in the 5th floor was delicious and had a nice view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. Right in front of the streetcar stop. Loved it!

Property was clean with a spacious and comfortable room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly recommending restaurant options and sights to see noting it on a map. Would stay here again and recommend.

Eine gute und zentrale Unterkunft! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und alles wichtige ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Hotel in a fantastic area and staff were kind and patient with our lack of language skills However the room was a real disappointment bed was hard but sagging in the middle and pillows had no loft aircon barely working and no airflow stuffy room thankfully it had a large window Would have liked the option of tea and coffee and minibar in the room missed having ice cold water

We staryed three nights over the weekend. The location is excellent being close to the tourist centre of Zaragooza. The hotel staff were fine, and the room was adequately sized. The problem? Noise. Not the noise from the streets, which we were worried about due to the hotel's location but noise from other rooms - sound insulation is non existent in this hotel. You can hear the person in the next room flicking the light switches and when someone flushes the toilet, it sounds like there is a waterfall just outside your room. When people on the floor above or two floors above comes back to their room, it sounds like a herd of elephants on a stampede. I am not exaggerating - I have stayed in many hotels in Spain during my 12 or so visits to the country in the last six years but this hotel has the worst sound proofing of all the hotels I have stayed in. It probably didn't help that we stayed at the weekend as people were coming back from their nights out at two, three, four AM in the morning which is quite normal in large Spanish cities. It was relatively quieter on Sunday night.

El desayuno muy bueno con varias opciones saludables, de agradecer. Nuestra habitación fue de las que todavía no se habían reformado y, aunque era espaciosa y estaba limpia, la cama era algo dura para nuestro gusto. A pesar de todo, muy buena experiencia.

Hotel muy centrico renovado muy recientemente que hace super acogedora subestancia. Me tocó una habitación no renovada pero muy espaciosa. Los espacios compartidos con estilo minimalista muy bonitos y acogedores

Hôtel très bien situé proche du marché central et des transports en commun. On peut sillonner la ville à pied à partir de l'hôtel Avenida. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et excellent ( au 5ème étage avec vue sur la ville) La déco est trendy-chic. Je recommande!

Personal muy amable y diligente, y las zonas comunes con un diseño de interiores muy bonito, Wifi aceptable. Como otros usuarios en los comentarios, nuestra habitación tenía manchas y moho en el plato de ducha y con mal olor, la música ambiente de la planta baja se metía de lleno en la habitación de la primera planta 121, las camas bien y el tamaño de la habitación bien, sin embargo el mobiliario antiguo y escaso. No creo lo vuelva a visitar ni recomendar.

Nuestra estancia fué genial, teníamos contratado el desayuno y estuvo perfecto, la zona de restaurante era precioso con zona al aire libre y también interior, una gran variedad de alimentos para consumir, delicioso. la habitación amplia y una cama confortable.
