こちらのホテルに2泊しました。 スタッフの方はとても親切です。 また2食付き、スパとサウナもついててコスパはかなり高いと思います。 特に夕食は本当に美味しかったです。期待以上でした。駅からは少し離れてますが、静かに過ごせるのがよかったです。 海外旅行していて、今までのホテルで群を抜いて一番よかったホテルです。ツェルマットの駅前も明るくて楽しくて、またツェルマットに来た時はここに泊まりたいです。ただ、スパはそんなに熱くないのであまり身体が温まらなかったです。なので一回しか利用しませんでした。でも施設はとても綺麗でした。

素晴らしいロケーションで快適に過ごせました。庭からのマッターホルンは最高です。 駅からは遠いのですが，電話すると迎えに来てくれて助かりました。バス停，ロープウェー乗り場は近いので，ハイキング拠点には便利な場所です。 ジャグジースパとサウナはうれしい設備でした！ レストランの食事は日本人に合う味でした。朝食の茹で卵の茹で具合を尋ねて頂ける対応はよかったです。 I was able to spend it comfortably at beautiful location. Mt. Matterhorn view from a garden is the best place. It was far from the station, but we were picked up when I called. This hotel is near bus stop and ropeway station, convenient places for the hiking base. The jacuzzi spa and the sauna were nice facilities! The restaurant was very good taste to fit a Japanese.

素晴らしいホテルでした！ 私はマッターホルンを目の前に臨む１階の部屋で、窓を開ければ素晴らしいマッターホルンの眺め、すぐに庭に出られる快適さがよかったです。 スタッフも優しく、気配りがきいていて最高でした。 唯一、サウナとレストランがしまる時間がちょっと早く感じました。

スタッフはかなり感じがよく、駅への送り迎えも気持ちよくしてくれました。部屋からはマッターホルンが見えて、明け方は感動的でした。

部屋からマッターホルン正面が良く見え、感激です。 部屋は広く、明るく清潔で最高です。 スパもサウナも清潔でガウン、バスタオルなどすべて部屋に用意されており満足。 ツェルマット駅からは徒歩３０分ですが、インフォーメーションでホテルより迎えを呼んでくれ 助かりました（宿泊客はすべてお迎え・送りがつきます） 従業員もみなきびきびしていて気持ち良かった。 マッターホルン行きのゴンドラまでは徒歩５，６分で便利です。

大変快適に過ごさせていただきました。 冷蔵庫が無かったのが、少し残念ですが。 駅から少し離れていていますが、静かでゆっくり出来ます。

This was a great stay! Super communicative staff made it easy to arrange transfer to and from train station. Breakfast was AMAZING and so was their dinner. Hotel was top notch and the spa was incredible, easy access and very clean. We will be back!

If you want the most amazing views of the Matterhorn this is the place to stay… It is serene, peaceful and modern. The restaurant is incredible with the service being top tier!

Very nice hotel! Location was a little far, but they have a shuffle that will even deliver your luggage to the train. Beautiful resort, inside and out.

Enjoyed our stay a lot

My stay at Hotel Hemezius was such a beautiful and pleasant experience. My husband and I stayed for his birthday and although only for 2 nights, it was an amazing experience. The view of the Matterhorn from our room was incredible! The staff were friendly and easily reachable. They even worked with me via email to decorate our room as a surprise for my husband just the way I imagined. The hotel restaurant was excellent, we had breakfast and dinner there and it was so delicious. The Airport shuttle was reliable and the Red Line bus was so convenient to get around the city. A beautiful experience indeed.

Best sundown with a view on the Matterhorn. Great location a few minutes to the lift. Clean and everything easy.
