南極大陸旅行のためのベースホテルとして利用しました。シーサイドのキングベッドで、南極に行く前と帰ったあと快適に滞在できました😊バスタブもあり、更に快適です。朝食も明るいレストランで美味しくいただけます。別のホテルと比べ、居心地は格段に良いです。ただ、海岸にあるので、市内中心から外れます。が、中心へも１０分かからず、逆に、マゼラン海峡を散歩する人々がホテルの窓から見え、心が温まりました! 間違いなく、ここが一番です!

We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs.

We arrived early, but the staff was super attentive. They were able to store our bags as we went out and explored. Cristian took care of us from start to finish, great customer service skills. Margarita was our cleaning lady and had the room spotless. We visited the restaurant, the selection was good with some local cuisine. Portions are big enough for two. Location was ideal right on the Straight and only blocks from downtown, the port and just about anywhere.

La chambre est spacieuse la salle de bains fonctionnelle et très chaude. Par contre les articles de toilette pas de gel douche simplement du savon, shampooing et cape de cheveux. Vu qu il y a une piscine un peignoir aurait bienvenu. La piscine très agréable. Frites et planches et serviettes disponibles. Par contre pour se changer les toilettes et pas à côté. Point négatif Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel sympathique. L hôtel est bien situé face à la mer et proche du centre ville

The breakfast was great. We were there during school holidays, which meant that the pool was full of kids - I could not use it. They have a gym, which helped.

Middle range hotel in an interesting town.

El personal no era nada amable. En la web indican que si pagas con dólares en efectivo no aplican el IVA; cuando llegas en recepción te exigen que el importe sea exacto, hecho que no indican en su web; como proteste me devolvieron los cambio de dólares, fatal la actitud, porque tenían cambios. Desayuno y restaurante de muy baja calidad. No volveré a este alojamiento.

좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮고 직원도 친절합니다. 난방이 조금 아쉬워요

No utilizamos las facilidades de la picsina por falta de tiempo, pero siepre estuvo disponibloe. El desayuno muy bueno y el servicio en los cuartos espectacular.

Location and the staff will get 5 starts. The room is pretty basic and needs urgent upgrades.

Great location, very walkable, great ocean views, staff very helpful and attentive.

This place was everything I needed after traveling through Patagonia for two weeks. Walking the streets from the city center to the waterfront. I saw a lot in the last day and a half of my trip. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was plentiful they even let me keep my car parked there while I was walking around even after I checked out since I had a later flight. Thank you so much
