ホテルはとても清潔で雰囲気も良く、サービスも良かったです。朝ごはんもとても美味しくて最高でした！また行きたいホテルです。 The hotel was very clean and had a great atmosphere, with excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic! It’s a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

隠し階段まである市中の豪邸を改造して、設備は現代的になっています。リスボン市中の雰囲気をホテルで味わえます。 欠点は、場所がわかりづらいことだけです。古典美術館と向かいです。

Be aware that this hotel looks fine in the main areas but the rooms are a completely different story. Despite requesting a room on a lower floor, we were put in the top floor with an extremely steep staircase & no staff available to assist with bags when we checked out. The beds were uncomfortable & the bathroom was a hazard. There was an absurdly designed step up into the shower & toilet with slippery tile. The locks on the door are difficult to use & half the time, we basically had to go all the way back downstairs to get someone to open our door. For the price this hotel charges, find a better property. The staff were nice but that doesn’t make the place a good enough experience for the expense.

Old style hotel with historic architecture, one block from the waterfront. Staff were all excellent and on point. The building is from a bygone era, so entries, stairwell, and lighting are not the most modern, particularly if you are expecting a Marriott or Hilton with a Starbucks in the lobby. Great service, outdoor area, restaurant, and clean.

O Palacete é em Portugal mas os funcionarios são estrangeiros e não falam portugues fluente. Dificil comunicação pra quem não fala ingles fluente. Café da manhã servido pelo funcionario. Vc não se serve. Mal localizado. Achei uma aventura tipo tunel do tempo. Meu marido achou parecido com o Castelo do Conde Drácula.

Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. In ca. 20 Minuten mit Uber vom Flughafen zum Hotel und fußläufig ca. 20 Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Jeden Morgen gab es leckere Pastel de Nata und man konnte zwischen verschiedenen Eierspeisen, Müsli, Avocado, Pancakes, Obst und Getränken Kaffee, Cappuccino, Espresso, Kakao, Chai Latte, Kurkumamilch, Tee und frischgepressten Säften wählen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war recht groß und wir hatten sogar einen Blick auf den Tejo. Eine absloute Empfehlung.

This was our third time at Palacio Ramalhete. As before, we were very nicely greeted into this beautiful and historical building. Everything there is refined and about quiet luxury. Breakfast is excellent and offers a large variety of options. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is central and offers easy access to all there is to see and do in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend to people who want a historical experience, refinement and comfort.

Fantastiskt fint hotell i ett gammalt palats. Bra läge i utkanten av centrum. Tyst och lugnt. Suverän och familjär service. Utmärkt frukost i lugn miljö. Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

I had a fantastic stay at Palacio Ramalhete! The service was personal and attentive from start to finish, and the staff truly went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Breakfast was one of the highlights – generous, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and impeccably cleaned every day. You can really tell that the hotel pays great attention to detail and comfort. The outdoor areas were also lovely, with beautiful terraces and an inviting pool area that provided the perfect setting for relaxing. All in all, a hotel that delivers on every level. I would be more than happy to return and highly recommend Palacio Ramalhete!

A beautiful hotel in the center of the city. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and could not be happier with our stay.

Nous avons apprécié l’ensemble, chambre spacieuse bien équipée, personnels à l’écoute et sympathiques, bon petit déjeuner fait maison et varié. Magnifique jardin, piscine … On a fait un bon choix pour découvrir Lisbonne !

Séjour sympathique mais décevant au niveau de la nuisance sonore! Nous avons pris la suite… malheureusement elle donne sur la rue et l’immeuble est très mal isolé au niveau sonore. Ça a été un calvaire! Trop de bruit des voitures des passants… vraiment décevant vu le coût de la suite!
