予約が入っておらず、部屋も準備されておらず、チェックインまで1時間程待つように言われました。

道路側２Ｆの部屋を借りました。日当たり良好です。ただ道路に面している分少々の車両移動音や生活音等があります。ですがそれも町の活気を感じられよいと思います。 ＷＩＦＩも無料で使用でき、カウンターも２４ｈホテルマンがいるので安心で、希望を言えばすぐに答えてくれます。 歩いて２分ほどで薬局、小規模の売店もあるので不意の体調不良にも対応できるのではないかとおもわれます。

The property is ok and it’s close to the city around 15 minutes walking but the facilities in the room mainly the shower weren’t ok because you have to let the steam from the shower out of the window overlooking parts of the corridor and people can view you and it’s a invasion of privacy and wasn’t comfortable

Personnel fantastique

First of all, this hotel doesn't have an elevator. They assigned us a room at the 4th floor. At least they managed to take our luggage to the room. Which was very heavy and the poor guy was totally out of breath when he finished with our luggage. This property also doesn't have any air conditioning. During the mornings and evenings the weather it's between the 50-60° F which is ok. But during the nights it gets hotter. The room had a window which we opened to get some fresh air. But the problem is that the window is right next to the stairs so all the night and early mornings you'll be listening to people getting up and down the stairs. We didn't even get to rest due to this. The manager and staff were very polite but honestly I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel at all.

We only stayed 5 minutes of a 3 night booking due to bed bugs. Neither the ahotel nor Orbitz refunded my money.

I enjoyed the stay , the hotel was very clean , staff very pleasant , beds were comfortable . Just thought it was a little basic , no external windows did make it feel abit cagey . Needs some natural light in the rooms to make more comfortable

Me tocó la habitación número 2 y se escucha la bomba del agua hasta las 2 de la mañana un ruido muy molesto! No te deja dormir !

The night front desk was very helpful when my boyfriend and I needed a taxi to get to the hospital. Language barriers was difficult traveling in Peru, but this employee helped us a lot in finding a good hospital and taxi. The room and bathroom was cleaned although this place was far from the city center. It is located in a quiet area at least. there is NO wifi in the room. The only wifi access is at the reception area. Despite of the good service we received, I would prefer staying in the Cusco city center if I'll ever come back.

La instalación acogedora de igual manera el servicio, mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Me gustó que está cerca al centro a unos 5 minutos aprox, la limpieza tb y la atención es buena, la habitación que nos dieron era para 3 , una cama grande y una pequeña, lo que no me agradó fue que estába en un piso abajo, que se sentía un poco más el frío pero solo bastaba con taparse bien y listo, tampoco me agradó que en ese piso en la noche habla un sonido muy molesto de al parecer una máquina que no se para que sirve xq no hay ascensor, pero hacía un sonido perturbante que no me dejó dormir tan plácidamente, pero fuera de eso, el hotel es agradable y volvería a ir pero no a ese piso , preferiría un piso arriba donde no haya esa máquina ruidosa.
