クロスタースの駅から徒歩3-4分にもかかわらず、予約後ほどなくしてメールにて送迎の要否をたずねてくるなど、とても顧客目線が行き届いたホテル。 ロビーは非常に高いクオリティでフロントスタッフの対応も完璧。 部屋もそれほど広くはないが、とても快適で素晴らしい。 何より、スイスの中では随一といっていいくらいおいしいブレックファーストが食べられる。 極めてオススメのホテルと言えます。

The hotel was perfect. Its location was good - a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and very cozy. Wifi was available at fee. Breakfast was also nice.

The rooms are beautifully appointed and quite large. Ours had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Everyone working at the Hotel Piz Buin was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which helped to make our stay really enjoyable and memorable. We hope to be able to return in the future!

Very comfortable room with exceptional friendly/helpful staff. A very central location that is close to the cross country ski trails and numerous dining options.

Very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet- we had a room over the river and it was wonderful. Full spread breakfast that was always tasty. We didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful. We will be back.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff is extremely nice and so sweet, it really made my stay. I love the little town of Klosters because of the people that live there. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with healthy dining options, the river behind the restaurant terrace makes it so cozy, and the amenities are top-notch, I enjoyed the spa and the pool so much, and the warm tea after the sauna. My only suggestion to improve is wifi, I had to use my hotspot all the time as I work remotely, although it wasn't busy at all. Other than that 10/10!

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, super gutes Restaurant, grosses Zimmer. Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes wellness. Sauna usw. separat. Fitnessraum nicht gebraucht sah aber für ein Hotel sehr gut aus. Getränke in der Mini Bar waren gratis.

We enjoyed our stay at the Piz Buin very much. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The hotel has been nicely remodeled and it has that cute modern alpine look. Our room had very little storage space though, there was no room in the bathroom to put a make-up bag down. There was a lot of noise on the street starting at 5am, unloading something with an idling engine.
