周辺環境が悪く、入り口は別の家を通って行く必要がありました。朝食は7時から9時までしかなく、9時10分に到着したのにコーヒーすらありませんでした。スタッフはあまりフレンドリーではありませんでした。部屋はとても狭くて汚かったのですが、3時間は眠れました。人生最悪のホテルの一つで、お金を払う価値すらありませんでした。

部屋の清潔さと食事の味を改善する必要があります。

There is no WiFi at night. The electric has run gone out for 2 times.

The breakfast served is not worth it for the prize per night that includes free breakfast. It's just a small box with fried rice, egg and one piece of unbranded hotdog.

Staff is good tho but, The wifi is not working properly and always run out of hot shower. Couldn't have hot shower properly.

We booked the hotel for 3 persons they accepted the payment and then there is option for how. Many persons to book and now when the day we will check in they advised us that is for quarantine hotel and only one person they will allowed until bow they haven't not refunded that money to us.

I like Urban travellers hotel. We've been a client at Urban travellers hotel since 2017 until now. Polite employees, good customer service

Nice and friendly staff. Had a nice room because we had a superior room. Need some rooms to be cockroach free especially on the 5th floor where we stayed 3 days last September

We had a quick stay here to spend the night from our tiring travel. The room though did smell cigarette smoke.

It’s a 5 minute walk to LRT Line-1 or MRT Line-3, there’s a chowking and McDonald’s near it, and some convenient store, the room is average but comfortable, plain breakfast but quite decent.

room in the picture is not the same in personal. then the staff should not put grabage,trash or laundry all the time in the hallway. its not professional to look at.

This accommodation is good for travellers who are looking for a budget friendly place. The location is good near Edsa Taft / LRT station. The breakfast is just okay. They serve you promptly. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

In general as always maganda ang room nila at private talaga. Medyo down lang last time i stay kasi yung breakfast napaka normal na sopas, frie d rice and carne norne cornbeef lang. Sana mas masarap next time.

I rate this hotel 9/10. It is an awesome hotel considering its price. Service is superb. Called the front desk to fix our tv, and maintenance is at our doorstep in less than a minute. I would love to go back here in the future.

They charge for early check in but did not issue any receipt. Poor breakfast! Please eliminate the buffet and give us more options! itchy sheets. slow water pressure. And please update in Google maps. Grab could not find the hotel. Shogun Suites pa ang nasa Grab.
