ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切です

スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋の清潔さもかなり良かったです。

Family roomnya sempit, ranjangnya kotor, toiletny bau. Pelayanannya tidak memuaskan, saya nginap di family room. Yang katany kamar yang paling bagus tapi nyatanya tidak sesuai. Dan yang paling tidak bisa saya terima adalah. Di kamar ada lipas.

Kamar sangat sempit, bau rokok dan seprei dan sarung kotor.

Hotel bintang 2 menurut saya ok. Deket banget ke sunway pyramid, ke ming thien, banyak makanan.

Katil sangat kotor, air conditioner berdebu.

The receptionist not friendly to the foreigner

The female receptionist was really kind

It’s a simple room as described in the picture but infested with cockroaches. Asked the receptionist about the cockroaches as I read the previous reviews and he assured me all is killed. However, I’ve killed one as soon as I got into the room. If you’re ok with killing cockroaches, then it’s alright! Other that that, good place to stay for a simple budget traveller.

The location is strategic. However, the room is super dirty and there's living cockroach in the room. The staff are unfriendly. Totally a disappointment

Pengalaman saya saat Check in di Sunway sangat memuaskan. Pelayanan bagus, kamar bersih, lokasinya mudah dijangkau

It has good location but the the room is untidy where there is few cockroaches running around furthermore can you guys sent me back my poster at room 109.

The room felt childish with those children stickers. On top of that, there were broken unused lights at the side of the bed that wasn't taken out, so it looked very uninviting. Other than that, most of the TV channels were not watchable, too much static. Lastly, the toilet bowl was leaking whenever we flushed, so it was very unsanitary.

Kamar sangat bau rokok menyengat, sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan istirahat.

Ruangan tidak besar tapi tempat nyaman yang menyenangkan adalah dekat kemana-mana di Sunway, tempat stategis.

Lift rusak, no water for bath, bad experience.

The location is good, the room is clean enough, but around 3 am I was awaken by the smell of smoke though in my room there is a sign : No smoking room. The other guest next to my room was smoking and took a bath at that time. :( Besides, there is a noise like drilling machine when the other guest next to my room using the washtafel. This is very annoying. Finally I was given a room replacement to solve this problem.

Lokasi strategis, WiFi cepat. cuma kurang bersih saja, kemarin sempat ada serangga kecil-kecil di kamar.

Everything was good and excellent service.. Need to improve cleaning service...

They arrange a room at lobby for me. During midnight time was noisy can even heard someone talking outside at this hour. If you looking for a place to sleep for 1-3 days for cheap room can stay here but please request for upper level room
