部屋やサービスは良かった。 オンラインチェックインとかの連絡ではなくレセプションの汁の連絡をして欲しい。 記載の住所の場所にいっても看板ないし小さく書いてあるだけでわかりにくい。

Please only stay here if you have nowhere else to go. I had broken glass on my bed. The reception (which is another hotel around the corner) gave me the wrong room number. The room and the floor of the hotel itself is dark and unwelcoming. No space in the room for a workplace desk which I needed. Far too expensive.

Everything was great and location was perfect to walk to all the attractions.

Posizione molto buona x visitare la città Peccato per stanze non troppo grandi, forse troppo essenziali: prive di sedie e di un minimo di scrittoio o appendini se non in armadio. Poco insonorizzata la stanza con parecchio rumore sia interno che esterno. Riscaldamento perfetto servizio camere buono

El desayuno estaba bien, pero no me gusto el hotel en si, comenzando por el elevador, los pasillos oscuros y en la reception habia que salir del hotel y caminar a la vuelta del edificio para ir a la reception El baño holia mal,y para ducharse se regaba el agua afuera, el shampoo en el piso, no me gusto y por ese precio que pagamos hay mejores fué un poquito alto.

First of all, I would like to point out that there are errors in the rating. These prices are far too high for this hotel. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working. It was extremely hot, perhaps due to the spa in the adjacent building. There was only a 50 cm window for ventilation, and it overlooked an area that looked like a garbage dump. The sink was incredibly high, even for NBA players – 110 cm! Some areas of the room clearly hadn't been cleaned. Even the shower gel and shampoo were left on the floor. We stayed for 4 nights, and the bed linens were never changed. We had to get the key from another building for check-in and check-out. The elevator doors were broken, and we had to use the stairs several times. Also, the disinfectant smell coming from the spa in the adjacent building was very unpleasant. The ratings should be reviewed.

Good central location, check in at the hotel around the corner was easy and we could store our luggage when we arrived early until our room was ready. The coffee and water station was a lovely touch and very welcome. Powerful shower. Clean bedding.

Hotel bem localizado, visitei os principais pontos (não todos) andando, possui metrô perto, atendimento cortês, mas para quem vai com muita mala não é conveniente fazer o check-in em outro lugar que não seja no próprio hotel mesmo que seja a 2 minutos da acomodação. Minha esposa reclamou da iluminação principalmente para se maquiar. A limpeza não foi das melhores.

The only weird thing is they gave the address of the hotel and not the reception which is around the corner . They should give the address of the reception and then they give us the address of the hotel
