Affordable & decent stay in the city. Rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet inclusion is good.

Had an awesome stay. The staff were very accommodating and nice. Breakfast is available as early as 6am so we were able to eat breakfast before the start of our tour. Location is near to the airport, souvenir shop, restaurants, and tourist destinations like Plaza Cuartel, Immaculate Conception Cathedral and The Baywalk. Will definitely stay here again when we return to PPS. Highly recommended!

I'm always here at fersal hotel every time I'm in puerto princesa because of the ambiance, peaceful the receptionist is very attentive and the male guard on duty which is night ship. Is very helpful and attentive and kindness. Thank you po kuyang guard kasi tumatawag pa Sa room para Sa mga kailangan namin like taxi ….

Best budget hotel in the area, the facilities are well maintained. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. It truly feels home away from home. Also, the hotel has a good location that is near restaurants, spas and malls.

I loved my stay here. I booked a deluxe room with a queen bed and it was very spacious. While the room looks old, it’s very well-maintained and smelled good too. Hot shower and aircon worked fine, decent wifi. Service of the staff are amazing, they’re polite and efficient. I love that they have complimentary airport drop-off every hour, just approach the reception to inform them. As my flight leaves at 7:25am, they gave me breakfast too (a well-packaged ham sandwich, banana and bottled water). Though location isn’t central - it’s at the far end of Rizal avenue, it’s very easy to take a trike to and from the hotel. I could hear sounds from the street and when people walk by but it’s not that bothersome and I still managed to get a good sleep.

We stayed starting December 7-11, 2018. The room was really spacious. The staffs are accomodating. Our breakfast everyday was different. Additionally, it is near the city proper which is really convenient. We added an additional Php1,000 for early check-in since we arrived there at around 10am and the usual check-in time is 2:00pm: In our tours, we are usually the first one to be picked-up by the van perhaps because we're really near the city proper. On the other hand, the only downside is that some of the staffs are "chismoso/chismosa", while eating my breakfast, I can hear them gossiping about the hotel guests.

First thing is I got disappointed when I'm arrived. No one pick me up in the airport and waited their for almost 15 mins which is supposedly hotel knows my ETA since I message them through app, email, messenger. Second is, they never gave me a welcome drink and I expected that I have because it shows on my HV that there is. And, when I'm arrived in hotel no one notice me or let just say no one notice that there's an arrival. Im in front of the FO but still they never notice me. Im the one who called them and say " Hey! I'm for check-in" Third, the Fo told me that the standard check in time is 2pm. But, exact 2pm FO still didn't called me to advised that check in is now available. (Hinintay nyang ako ang lumapit). Fourth is, night before the arrival driver told me that they will take me in the port for free since they wasn't pick me in airport on my first day. But, upon check-out other driver told me that there was a charge for that. Rooms are clean, hotel is good, location is good but maybe FO should do much of trainings. Food and Beverage staff are good. Super! Nothing to say negative things for them! Especially to RONA and JOEL 😊🙏🏻 They are so much very good! Kudos to both of you! Superb guys! Everything was good except the signal. I was having a hard time with my phone’s signal and also with hotel’s wifi connection as well.

tricycles were just parked in front of the hotel & will bring you to the good places.
