宿泊代が他のお宿より高く感じましたがそれに見合った最高のサービスでした。

料理が美味しくて、設備や接客も申し分ない。 また行きたいと思える旅館

さすが老舗と言われるほどの旅館でした。宿は古いですがサービスが行き届いていて、すごく素敵な日を過ごせました。 私が泊まった部屋は、部屋から庭に出ることが出来るのですが、他の人に庭から部屋の中まで見れてしまうので注意が必要です。あと、自販機が宿にないので購入していくことを勧めます。

スタッフの方の対応がみなさんとても良かったです。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は質も量も最高でした。 旅館内の温泉も良かったです。

部屋はもちろん大浴場も常に綺麗でした。朝食は洋食と和食をいただきました。どちらも美味しかったですが、やはり和食の方が宿的にも推しなのか、品数など力が入っているように思います。迷うなら、和食がオススメです。妊娠後期に宿泊したのですが、帰りにお守りをくださいました。ホスピタリティに溢れた素敵なお宿です。価格的に気軽に泊まれないですが、機会があればまたぜひ泊まれたらと思います。

どちらの中居さんもとても気持ちのよい挨拶を交わしてくださいました。笑顔で挨拶してもらえると気分もいいものですね。　お料理も美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

食事も美味しく接待良かったです。

何も問題がありません。 古い施設ですが大変清潔に保たれています。 素晴らしいサービスに老舗の誇りが感じられます。

家族で利用しましたが、最高レベルのサービスでした。受け付けの車係、フロントスタッフ、部屋案内係、食事係の誰もが、ホスピタリティ豊かに対応してくれました。 食事も当然美味しく、特に穴子、大浴場もリラックスできました。湯上りに飲んだ梅ジュースもさっぱりします。外湯巡りも当然無料且つ手提げ袋も貸してもらえます。 さすが老舗旅館、何も不足がありません。次は冬に蟹を食べに利用する予定です。

とても静かで日々の喧騒を忘れ、滞在中はゆったりとくつろげました。 従業員さんの対応もよくまた訪れたいホテルです。

西村屋の特色である「和のおもてなし」がとても印象に残る。手入れの行き届いた日本庭園に面する和室での夕食、朝食も、足腰の悪い母のために事前にお願いしていたテーブルと椅子で、最高の料理をゆっくり味わいながらおいしくいただきました。料理長の献立も最高でした。客室係Ｔさんの配膳タイミングも絶妙で素晴らしかった。接遇スキルの高さに驚いた。特に、玄関、廊下、大浴場、更衣スペース、露天風呂でもスタッフの心配りがわかる箇所をたくさん発見しました。高齢の母を連れての温泉旅行を西村屋本館にして本当によかったです。

歴史と趣の有る良い雰囲気の旅館でした❗ 料理も素晴らしく中居さんの気配りも良かったです。また是非行きたいと思います❗

Had a wonderful stay, the open air bath rooms are incredible and the staff are so attentive. Will come again

Wonderful stay. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff from the moment we drove up to the property to when we depart. The staff even helped to sort out our luggage delivery to the next accommodation in another city. Our hostess Matsuri was sweet, polite and gracious. The property itself is beautiful and exudes an old-world charm, and our room with in-room onsen is such a treat. The meals we had were also delicious and thoughtfully prepared and presented. We had a lovely time at Nishimuraya Honkan and hope to return again.

The premises were absolutely gorgeous and tranquil. The room attendant Mr. Koyama’s hospitality was excellent. Having been living away from Japan, for too long, I cannot judge the Kaiseki cuisine… it did look very beautiful… I was hoping a little more of the crab in season. I wished I could have stayed an extra day or two. Thank you!

Nishimuraya Honkan was one of the most incredible hotels I've stayed at, a real highlight in our trip to Japan. The room was fantastic as were the hotel facilities (which include a great onsen) and the team too. The kaiseki dinners in the room were utterly incredible and the Japanese breakfast each day was a delight. We loved it.

This hotel was the highlight of our Japan Trip. We loved experiencing a traditional Ryokan. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The onsen at the hotel was a great experience as well. We loved how Kaori hosted us for the Kaiseki dinner at our room. It was very interesting to try all the traditional dishes from Japan.

BOOK THIS HOTEL! Loved our stay and totally worth the 2.5 hour train ride from Osaka. Was able to check in promptly at 3 p.m. and our bags were whisked away to our room. We immediately received our onsen pass and were able to get in a bath before our kaiseki dinner. The next morning we were able to explore more of the public baths and had an amazing breakfast. The town shops open around 11 a.m. so you can really get away with one overnight stay if not more. Beautiful property, relaxing stay and a nice option to visit a tattoo friendly onsen town

All the staff that attended us during our stay were wonderful, the food was delicious, the Honakan’ garden was beautiful and the onsen was enjoyable.
