スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。

浴室の広さが狭い！　 温泉施設は離れた所に有り入浴時間がPM5時30分まで別途料金が要る早すぎる 附近の飲食店の案内地図が不親切　夜暗やみの中初めての中道も距離も分からずさまよった

シャワーヘッドの接続部から温水漏れがあり、自分で締め直して対応した。メンテナンスはどのようにされているのか。

スタッフさんは皆さん丁寧な対応で心地よかったです。

バイクで行ったのですが駐車スペースをテント張りの所に丁寧に止めさせていただきました。バイク乗りとしては駐車場所が大変気になる所なんでがスタッフさんの対応も親切でとても満足しました。

レストランのメニューが良かった。朝のバイキングも種類がいろいろあって楽しかった。

近くの共同風呂（銭湯？）と提携しているようだが、そこがあまりにも汚いわ、子供はうるさいわ、幻滅した。高い宿泊料を取るなら、自前の綺麗な温泉風呂を持つべきでは？

If you want to take a step off the beaten track in Japan this is a very good option. The hotel is situated in a very good place to explore the Kyoto on Sea area (this is not Kyoto city). The Hotel will send a minibus at certain times of day to pick new visitors up from the railway station. The hotels offers visitors free bike hire for 4 hours and is relatively close to the bus route for exploring other parts of the area. As this is not a city you are limited in the immediate area for places to eat out.

Everything is top quality: service, staff's attitude, restaurant, cleanliness, free shuttle from/to the station. They pay attention to every detail and every your request. They have prepared outstanding vegan meal upon my request. Highly recommend to people with food restrictions. Also, there is a garden and various activities that you can enjoy with kids too.

Really loved this place, bit secluded but not too distant from Amanohashidate and Ine. Rooms are comfy and spacious, there's free bike rental (incl e-bikes), great views etc.
