Handuk kumal tidak meresap, keramik banyak retak, nyalakan shower agak bingung waktu pertama kali gunakan.

Fasilitas apartment kurang bagus, atap kamar mandi rusak, kompor dan peralatan dapur harus sewa 20 RM itupun teflonnya rusak tidak ada pegangannya. Kulkas berkarat, lampu beberapa putus, bathub bocor, tidak ada microwave dan mesin cuci.

Parking hotel guna touch n go terlalu tinggi dan membebankan untuk keluar masuk dan stay sepanjang malam.

unit is dirty..aircond in one room is not functioning

1. Noisy aircond 2. Leaky shower 3. Smelly pillows and bedsheets 4. Broken toilet window pane.

Was not up to our expectation. Toilet flush was not working. The blanket was so thin.

Confusion at the reception counter. Apartment okay but looks dated and old. For the fees I paid and the VIP tag on my booking, this is totally not presented here. The saving grace. The location is very very good. Close to everything in Feringhi Beach.

One of apartment that we rent had no TV channel due to disrupt card. it is bad during bad weather and we cant watch tv. they should provide astro/njoi replacement instead of asking we move to other apartment in other floor since we booked two apartments to separate in different floor is hard since we have children. Parking is not included in the rent fee. they charged for rm10 per car. Furniture is old, some apartment got iron, some not, some got new bed, some very old bed and mattress. Other than that, the price is reasonable. cleaners and guards were excellent.

よかった！ビーチ、ペナンのナイトウォーク、ガソリンスタンド、銀行などへのアクセスがとても便利で簡単です。ビーチの眺めも素晴らしく、とても素敵な場所です。

The view is nice. But the shower heater really needs to be fixed plus the chair for 3 people to sit is broken. They just tied with some cable. Please fix. Others are awesome.

Last minute stay but am quite dissappointing to see the unkept room and not cleaned thoroughly.

We stayed at room 405. All the furniture run down and outdated especially master bedroom bed like we sleep on the floor. The management have seriously need to see their room facilities because it's not fair for customer paying such amount and received bad facilities.

Bilik tak selesa. Kotor. Paip air sumbat. Keseluruhan sangat teruk.
