駅から遠いのが難点ですが、外観・室内共にとてもかわいらしいホテルです。 使い捨てスリッパあり、バスタブありと、日本人にとってとても快適な部屋です。 朝食は8時からと日本人には遅めでしたが、焼きたてのブリオッシュやハム・チーズなど充実しています。8時前の出発だったため、朝食は諦めていたのですが、チェックアウト時にフロントの方が「今用意するから、食べていって！」と急いで準備してくださいました。 スタッフの皆さんは上記の方を含め、とても暖かい対応をしてくださりました！ ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。

オルヴィエート駅から歴史地区に行くのとは違う方向に、バスか車で１０分ぐらい行ったところにある庭のある古い石造りの建物です。とてもきれいな自然の中で、落ち着きました。 ホテルのレストランはあらかじめ予約をしないと開けていませんでしたが、安くておいしかったです。

The villa is truly beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfasts are excellent. There is also the added advantage of plenty of parking. Our stay was only relatively short (4 nights) but we could happily have stayed at Hotel Villa Ciconia for several weeks.

The hotel is a historic building with an interesting history. It is set far back from the road and feels private and secluded - lovely to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Great breakfast included!

As someone who usually stays at very cheap stays, this was a treat. I stayed by myself and I felt like the room was very big. The bathroom and shower were small but fine. Front desk attendants were very nice and the breakfast was simple but enough to get my day started. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night! Beautiful villa. I would stay again!

Wer Altbau und es rustikaler mag, ein muss. Sieht schön aus macht aber einen schmutzigen eindruck, wie vor 200 jshren. Pool ist auch schön. Das Restaurant war eine volle 10 einfach top und günstig.

Grande chambre dans une propriété historique sur un immense terrain près de la rivière. Excellent restaurant sur les lieux.

Maison vétuste et terne. Peu d’eclairage Intérieur et confort très sommaire ne correspond pas au niveau de quatre étoiles.

Overall less nice than expected. Especially disappointed in the pool, which, on an extremely hot day, was too warm to be refreshing. Plus there were biting bugs by the pool. The price seemed too good to be true, and, in fact, you get what you pay for.

Bellissima antica dimora, ben conservata sia nella struttura che negli arredi. Immersa nel verde, luogo piacevole, tranquillo e riservato.

A beautiful building, typical Italian villa, full of charm and character, our room was spacious and comfortable too with a view across to the swimming pool. Service was OK, nothing special but definitely not poor either, and the breakfast was OK too, again nothing special, but definitely not poor. Would stay here again.

Collocazione tranquilla per momenti di relax. Vicino Orvieto raggiungibile facilmente in auto. Bel parco, costruzione del 1500, piscina soddisfacente. Ottimo il ristorante.

Hotel molto carino con piscina ,giardino e ristorante . Facile da raggiungere, vicino all'uscita autostradale di Orvieto. Tutto bene,da migliorare la colazione.

Beautiful old building and setting close to Orvieto

We choose this location because it is next to the highway. The rooms are spacious and were clean. The exterior pool was very comfortable especially since it was 33C. The A/C worked at max and could not cool down the room. therefore, we overheated at night. There was a local event and music played all night until 2 or 3 am and we could hear it from our room. Breakfast was ok.

Very hospitable and kind staffs, even offering a transportation to/from the train station free, fresh baked/warm bread superb!

Very nice old world Italian hotel. Great location for visiting Orvieto. We drove to the train station(5 mins) then took the bus to the town. At night we enjoyed a great meal at the hotel. Very relaxing outdoor dining. Remember, you are in Italy so your dinner will take 2-3 hrs, enjoy.
