The hotel staff were very kind and friendly! The room was stainless clean. There are good restaurants near by and easy to go Cathedral, market and bus station. The view from window was amazing!

We had the BEST stay here. The staff is absolutely amazing. They take care of your needs and wants. They will set up taxi rides for you and offer help in any way they can. The breakfast is wonderful!! We loved our room, too. The room can be a little warm on warm days, just a heads up. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great location

Our stay could not have been better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and tucked away in a convenient and walkable but quiet part of town. Everything you need is within a ten minute walk. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Excellent location, very comfortable and modern, delicious breakfast

The staff at Altäir were next level! They went above and beyond to help us with everything from a smooth check-in, to travel assistance for the train, bus and airport as well as taxis. They recommended excellent restaurants and were just so friendly and welcoming. Our room was unbelievably large with wood ceilings and stone walls. And the bathroom was roomy with wonderful soap and lotion amenities. It was centrally located just outside of the busy old town but within a 5-10 min walk to the Cathedral. Would definitely stay again when visiting Santiago.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gutes Frühstück aber etwas langsame Bedienung. Buffet hätte mir besser gefallen.

We very much enjoyed our stay is this hotel. Staff were very friendly, location was terrific and very walkable. Public parking was just a couple blocks away. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful building in a quiet part of town that’s still very close to everything. The sound insulating is great, you don’t hear any of the other rooms and the beds are really comfortable

This hotel has a fantastic location, perfectly situated near the old city without being disturbed by the tourist hustle and bustle. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of hot and cold options, including fresh juice, breads, jams, and jamon. Our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's stone and wood architecture is truly beautiful. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. They are some of the most friendly and helpful people you'll ever meet, and they made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for everything!
